No need to be sorry for sharing info, we all do and are here for the same. Was just wondering if the guy had his eye on the temperature gauge as the svc guys told him that the culprit may be "air lock" in the coolant circulation. So if the coolant was not circulating, his bike should have heated up.

Guys, i confirmed, and atleast in my bike some of the allen screws are dummy screws.

Joel, before going for the duke, do take a test ride. It will help you understand the stance and seating posture of the Duke. I am 5'11, and i have no issues whatsoever riding.

Well if you love the duke.. go for it, nothing like that bro

As far as issues, few owners have faced with oil leakage including myself. I had some oil leakage from the LHS (clutch side) casing for which the service centre guys tightened the casing screws after which no leak till date. I have not yet faced discoloration, but some owners are facing it, but its not a serious problem.
you will feel engine heat for first 200 - 300 kms during running-in, after which it will subside. Yes it will still heat more than a regular bike - so be prepared and keep you eye on the temperature gauge.

This is the case in all bikes. I came to know when the service guys opened up the orange cover which is on the top of the fuel tank. Inside there was black colored plastic tank on which there were only 4 holes. And i even confirmed it with the service guy and he also confirmed this.

I just found the pic which i took at that time.

In this you see that on the top of the tank there are 4 spots where the screws can be fit.
