One Yamaha RX series Front Mudflap
One small tube of Fevi Kwik

Sorry about the picture quality, Using a busted camera.
Good job bro. I attached my mudflap using screws, so its kinda permanent fixture. Check the picture below.

    • Every morning I open this thread to find even more garbage than the morning before!!
Bhai logo. My sincere request to all of you, please try to keep this thread clean. A bit of banter, healthy comparos, short/even long 'impression-write ups' of other bikes is ok too. But not this. People bickering on petty issues and who's bike is the best.
We can't stop non owners from commenting here. In fact that will defeat the purpose of free flow of information between forum members, owners, non owners alike. But what we can and should do is ignore the odd 'incitement attempts' and snide remarks about us/our bikes. The moment we respond, it only adds to their glee.
So guys please let us try to keep this thread informative and read worthy.

        Totally Agree!
Looks like the FB page is more informative than XBHP
I was going through some surveys and found these
        1. S1

        2. S2

This gives a pretty good idea of how the bikes are positioned in the mind of consumers.

Personally, I would not like the Duke to be VFM for everyone . Thats where the differentiation will come.
Infact, there are tangible & intangible benefits for owning a non VFM bike .

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

            • Thank you mods fr the prompt action.
A new issue for me- was washing the bike today and spotted rust on exhaust pipe.rust as in proper rust could feel it bymoving hand over it(feels becomes rough whel u move your hand over it.)will post a pic once it stops raining.
A good news - mileage log- 1034 kms, 26 ltrs- 39.76kmpl(50% hway, 30% city, 20% village road) speed maintained is 100-134 at highway, 60-80 city and 10-20 in village.

Its better to use gloves. It will offer some level of protection to your hands in event of a fall.

I test rode the bike on Sat and found that the brute power kicked in only once I passed 6K rpm..is this normal for Dukes or was it just the Test Ride bike
Secondly the rear brake petal is too small for my liking as only my half toe was on the petal...Duke owners please advise whether u guys have got used to it or never had this problem and its just me ...
