Had to use tapatalk on Windows for 15 days due to phone repair. And trust me ,I didn't even bothered to open xbhp no matter how much I wanted to .tapatalk was like a guide on how to fly airbus 380 in Chinese mandarin language.

Try teflon nutbolts/locktite to fix this.

Can an orange duke be changed into a black one? The front, the tank and some stickers would be all that would need changing right? How much could it cost?

Yes, now i know how much of a possibility this is.
I had gone in for my first service two days ago, and one of my complaint was a mild 'krrrr' vibration noise from the front mudguard area at around 4200rpm (my assumption, since i felt it came from that area). The mech immediately began to tighten the nuts holding this extension flap, and i was surprised to not how loose it had got.. he had to almost tighten all the three nuts by one full turn !! I guess the best way would be to have them use some loctite if available.
Unfortunately that annoying 'krrr' @4200 rpm hasn't gone away. I had actually asked him to loosen the nuts of the front mudguard and re-tighten them, but he said it was the mudflap causing it. Will be going down tomorrow again to fix this and for some reason i have noticed that the level of vibes at the foot pegs have doubled since the first service!

approx 2500. the tank cover (the actual tank is located underneath and you do not have to change it) costs around 1100. The front headlight mask i think is around 400 and sticker set I do not know, but should be around 700rs i guess.

You're off on the sticker set. It costs a lot more than 700/-. Its funny but it actually costs more than the tank cover.

You mean the normal sticker set costs a lot more than 1000 ?? I know the power parts race line sticker kit costs something like 4000.. but the normal sticker?.. let me find out today, i will be dropping by to get the vibes on the foot pegs and that annoying noise from the front end fixed. Looks like the chain adjustment has resulted in these vibes creeping up on the foot pegs. Btw, i am also getting a broken brake lever for my juggad.

Though normal sticker set doesn't cost 4k it also isn't as cheap as 700/-. I don't know the exact amount but it costs a bomb is all I know for sure.

I thought the stickers(stock ones) come with the tank cover itself.

I can feel both the footpegs and gear and brake pegs are loose in certain speed. Is it just the vibes make it feel as it's loose? I checked them and found it perfectly fine.
