    forget the hid, the led i mentioned above costs just as much but with almost nil juggad and wiring headaches.
    another friend of mine has a hid setup on his d200, but comparing it with the led, i felt that the led setup was way more simpler and effective.

      You have mentioned 2 LED's... Which is the LED your friend has purchased...?

      Also, i have a doubt to how to place the heatsink in? asking it because we have a rubber cupping over the bulb holder.
      Is it ok to place the heatsink inside the rubber cupping? Need you inputs here.

      I have Philips HID's and they are a pain in the *** always. So i'm thinking to change to LED's now. Stocks are waste anyway.

              The thing about KTMs here in India is cost of spares... IMO

              BTW installed the orange OEM decals on my black dook orange is nice

                  Got my handle bar replaced (met an small accident ) couple of days back bike was pulling towards left so got it replaced 1405₹ for handlebar and labour charges in SVC (Anna salai KTM)
                  KTM should badly ramp up their service centres they are not able to meet the demand.

                      BTW if you are going to try the cbr250 windshield mod, drill 8mm holes on the shield so that you have some room to adjust the shield (in case of misalignment)..
                      Also I suggest you to remove the windshield's rubber mounting points and use a standard bolt, washer and nut method as my windshield holder rubbers didn't last long.. good luck with your diy..

I went to purchase 390 handle bars, hand guards and bar ends and I was directed from mogappair SVC to Anna Nagar one. When I went there, there was this old guy who made me wait for some 30 mins and then says that he forgot to take a not of the part number...
                        Due to his negligence, I got frustrated and ended up arguing with that guy.. why KTM why?!?!? :banghead: :banghead:

                            If you want the spares and parts best ones are Adyar and West Mambalam they are pretty good in stocking even I got 390 handle bars and hand guards for my duke from Adyar and West mambalam ones. Including new model 390 bar end weights. Mogappair one is Gud only for SVC not for spares. When I enquired with west mambalam guys to get my handle bar replaced they asked me to bring the bike on 19 March 🙄
                            Seriously ! Dear KTM when we are buying a bike for premium we expect small things to be done in few hours not weeks.

                              he uses the cyclops if i remember.. you can ping him, he is also a fellow forum member [MENTION=51754]theironhorse99[/MENTION]
                              you will need to remove the rubber cupping and use the provided hardware to mount the bulb. it may need minimal juggad for certain bikes.

                              i also spotted similar led's on aliexpress for like $20 , itching to order

                                I use cyclops too! However, I need to change the ~88k km old reflector.
                                It was a direct fit with no cutting needed.

                                The Aliexpress one is not as effective but costs 30% of cyclops.
