Failing fuel pump or clogged throttle body and fuel filter. Most of the times, throttle body clean solves the issue, considering the kms you've clocked and if you haven't one a throttle body clean, now would be the right time. Secondly, improper fuel pump pressure an cause improper fueling like you've mentioned.

Check your fuel pump pressure at the SVC 42 PSI should be constant, else replace the fuel pump, but before that clean your throttle bodies.

My SVC was aware of that. And mine won't be replaced as its not damaged much and it barely visible from side.

And do you have issue with gear? Mine hit the neutral when I change from 1st to second and vice versa.

Hi all! As for the headers i asked a week ago they start becoming gold again.

Today i completed 1000 km service. bike had/has some oil issues in 3 spots. One on head gaskets right round thing (they put sealing complound) fixed for now.
Second is the silver big alen bolt on the left of the engine up of the racing ktm ( they said they changed the o ring) fixed for now...
And third and last i hope the oil filter cup. They tried to fix it the first time at 140 km by tighten the screw but they couldn't solve it ! Now they change the o ring but the leak insists and its worst this time. The bad thing is that i am far from the service so its not easy to go every day there...It leaks when i start the bike and stops when i stop... Any help will be appreciated....I have the bike for 2 months and every day till now i am with a paper picking the oil from the engine.
Ahh i forgot. Sometimes the light don't come on. They said to wait and if light dies they will order the part i need.
Its my first bike and i am easy on it. It has nice look and power i supose but i am very disapointed with the quality of the bike and the service.
Till now i think that this problem with the filter cup will stay and i can't do something about it.
I am reading this thread those days to find some answers ( i am on 150 page ) .
Thanks in advance for any solutions and ideas and really sorry for my english!

It's not the head gasket, but the valve cover gasket (with the two 'O-O'). It happens on most dukes.. a small leak. This is fixed by using a sealant like you mentioned. I hope they removed the gasket and applied sealant and put it back together. Some mechanics simply apply that sealant on the outside like its some face cream

Now coming to that oil filter cap, sometimes there is just a tiny weep initially after an oil filter change but nothing long termm. Normally changing the O ring should sort it out. You seem to mention that it leaks like a tap..? that seems bad. Ask them to change the oil filter cap + o ring and also use the same sealant that was used on the valve cover (its a grey colored sealant from loctite)

you might also want to write in to ktm via email.. I see that you are from greece, try and find out the email address(maybe from their website) and list out your issues and that you want them fixed for good.

Vysakh.M.S Quick update on my saree guard scratching the Aluminium part of the footrest holder.
Today I visited the SVC and showed them.immediately the told it was a faulty saree guard which caused this they fixed the saree guard.he also mentioned there were cases like this before and this can be replaced under warranty as it was looking in a very bad shape.so it was replaced and bike looks smoking hot as usual with no scars. These KTM guys are real good.
Some pics to do justice to the hot Duke.
s1d I did ask him about the shocks as its in 3 and this shouldn't had happened.he told its not because of that.its the faulty saree guard and 3 is stock and it can easily take 90+ KGS.

Happy to hear that. So it means I can also ask them to replace it under warranty. But mine isn't in a bad shape to be honest so don't know whether they will replace. What is really wrong with saree guard? Is there any difference in size as compared to older duke's saree guard?

As far as what I can recollect from observing the saree guards, the newer ones don't curve outward towards the wheel as the old ones.

Take a look at this perfectly fine Duke 390 saree guard. See how the upper part has its gap between the peg and the guard itself that's how it's supposed to be. Perhaps some bikes had this part lean outward from the wheel damaging the footrest holder.

Thank you for your help my friend.
From what i 've seen its not tap. All around the cup is leaking oil slowly but it starts the moment i start the engine. in 40 minutes ride all the engine( down part) was oily. Didnt drop on the plastic protector but was a lot not to make problem but to take lot effort to crean it. Before change the O ring it didn't leak so much and it was leaking only when engine was off. When i was starting it , hot metals was making the leak to stop . Now as i told before , the moment i start it in the next 3 seconds i can take oil with my finger from the filter cup. As for the sealant on the filter cup too ... do you think that 2 mmonths bike is normal to have so much sealant on it? i hope i can avoid it because i think its not ok for a new bike. As i said before i am new on motorcycle world so correct me if i am wrong. I will try to make them order a new cup for free. and if that not solve the problem (means that the problem is on the engines metal body like manufacturing error) i don't know.... i would like a new bike but i don't think that will happen.
One more thing. I don't know if that matters but from what i see after the service the oil seems to be too much. Before the service was 1-2 mm down the full line. Now its more than 2 mm up the full line. Maybe 2 or 3 mm. Is it posible that it leaks because engine has more oil in it? If it helps i can upload a pic later with the oil level

The oil level must be between the upper-lower lines. how does one check the oil level:
1. Start the bike and let it idle for a minute or two.
2. Shut down the bike.
3. Wait for 30-60 seconds
4. Make sure the bike is upright and not on side stand.
5. Check oil level.

When you check the oil level with the bike left shut off for a longer period (like more than 10 minutes), then even if it has the correct amount of oil, it will always show above the upper mark.
Normal amount for a drain and refill (including filter change) is 1.5 liters.

No the one that I got , there wasn't much of a gap between the Aluminium part and saree guard.he made the gap more.
Mine was in a very very bad shape so they had to replace it.if it's small scratches dont think they will, but you can give a try

I have followed your instructions and the oil level is correct. It's on the full line. I talked to the service man before and told me he that will ask the sales men to order a new cup. I hope i will not pay for this fix. In the 1000 km service i paid 35 euro for 2 bottle oils and filter and 50 euro to service man for his work. He fixed the oil leaks exept the filter cup and did a valve check, chain tention and some screws. I don' t know if the leaks was in the 50 euro or were for free.i also asked to order the part for light problem but he said we will wait for the lights to stop working .

Clean the area thoroughly with diesel, wipe it clean without any grime. Install everything back and go for a test ride. If after still you observe oil leak on the sprocket area/bolt, then you have a leaky countershaft oil seal. But what I am guessing is if the chain has been lubed with oil during your visit to SVC or by yourself, the oil splash could in fact result the same. Oil leaks near the sprocket due to a bad counter gear seal.
