Congrats; looking forward to read your honest & non junk review. BTW, before getting it serviced from Kun, try to gather the info (very thoroughly) if the technician over there is trained enough to service C150R. They have a tarnished reputation for servicing 250R.Originally posted by nishit View PostSkill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

This bike looks decent enough in performance and general commuting. I don't think it will be that bad. But it has to still prove its efficiency against R15, which is already settled in our market. maybe 6 months down we will come to know more about CBR 150R. Honda has to again prove its quality, which had degraded in the intial lot of CBR 250R.
Just wait n watch.
I think there should have been Reviews before 150R was out on Road. i don't now why Honda did this secret launch on CBR 150. Earlier reviews would have settled all the issues here which are been discussed.

I hear a lotta of criticism of CBR 150R coz of the low torque figures..
But, I ll share my own experience. I rode in congested city traffic and
it is well behaved and can accelerate as and when required. I found
no lacking as far as pulling out of traffic is concerned.
I think my fellow CBR 150 owners would agree on this.
My bike is still in run in so, a detailed review would have to wait.Life is an Open Road For me..

yup seating is comfortable enough and exhaust is similar to 250r. pillion seat also looks comfortable. rest your guess is as good as mine, as don't own one. My friend will get his in 1 week or so. will take a test ride from him when his run in will be complete, and then give a nice little review.Originally posted by Sudhir88 View PostSitting position n exhaust is same as cbr250r?
You must be kidding ..
Does all departments include FE,pillion seat, sitting position??
..
Also are you trying to criticize R15 here? Please do it at proper place.Last edited by VaibhavPisal; 04-16-2012, 06:52 PM.

ok don't compare them. just tell me if its got sports genes or touring genes.Originally posted by punarvasu View PostIt is a private ownership thread of CBR150R where anything including mentioning its name or comparing it with any other bike is not allowed. Any trespasser will be prosecuted and capital punishment will surely be imposed on him.
So, please do it here in camera by selecting the bike you like to compare.
Also it really feels nice to police other people around. as I did in previous post

I am not criticizing, just replied to your post.. I just want to know that u didn't miss those basic departments too .. You were comparing CBR150r with R15 which is uncalled for in a Ownership thread... if u wanna compare, please do it in a proper placeOriginally posted by VaibhavPisal View Postyup seating is comfortable enough and exhaust is similar to 250r. pillion seat also looks comfortable. rest your guess is as good as mine, as don't own one. You said CBR150R exhaust is same as CBR250R in your previous post, which is not .. baby cbr's exhaust is small and it is clearly visible when u see it ..
Don't wanna start this again n again.. if i was wrong, sorry, i have been in this forum for a month and always reading those pointless comparison

I mentioned exhaust note, not exhaust pipe. Also seating position. Nothing else. For me as an addicted rider, these two are almost as important as bhp figurOriginally posted by Sudhir88 View PostI am not criticizing, just replied to your post.. I saw the black & green one and the red one on display in mysore 4 or 5 days back. Liked them a lot. But i'm wondering, is the riding position as commuter oriented as in 250R or as track oriented as in R15 or in between both? I'm feeling it's the former as it shares too much similarities with the 250R in terms of design.
