Even i use to ignore posts from such kind of members but there is a limit to everything. When you have invested your hard earned money into something and few members who have NEVER RODE THAT BIKE for a considerable kms or period would comment as if they belong to the r&D of motogp and what they say is correct.. it pisses off man.... particularly when some new member has a query about new bike...
I know the shortcomings of my bike and i mention them freely whenever i have to say something about my bike but it really pisses off when some "Keyboard" warriors say crap about everything that your bike has... they need to be shut down and made to understand that nothing is perfect and when you dont own it.. learn about it, know the good and bad features of it and dont crap about it....

I have not read every single post on this thread, hence my view is not about any particular member on this thread.... its in general to what is happening

        1) Do you plan to install any aftermarket accessories.
        2) Any cornering done on the bike yet?? Killer's cornering would be way to advanced and track based. Iam talking about those small city patches where you just rip it a bit.

I have not been able to go on a TD single, the showroom guy is always there. But thats given me confidence that pillion can suffice quite well.
        My answers:
        1. No as of now, I plan keep my machine stock as of now

        2. No, since I can't ride it extensively on the main roads without registration
but, what I can tell you out of the limited cornering experience
I have had with this machine its pretty confidence inspiring...

Pulsar is bad in the eyes of most of the Honda/Yamaha owners but that doesn't make any difference to the Pulsar owner's. Hope you go what we are trying to say here dude.
Your point taken man.. Its just that I hate fanboys.. I love bikes
I had a pulsar prior to this.. And most honda\yamaha guys forget
that Bajaj has revolutionised the Indian Market, think of the indian
market prior to pulsar(completely indigenous).. pulsar has changed the perception of motorcycles
in india and no body can beat that..

Well thats a fact dude...I own an apache but I also respect pulsars
When you take the case of Bajaj revolutionizing India, the whole timeline is divided into two, i.e Before Pulsar & After Pulsar
No one can deny that..its after that only TVS, Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha all started coming up with some competitive models; before that it was all kind of crap in 4-stroke engines.

Before Pulsar & After Pulsar - That is some what a right statement and I love that

But just one point, we had great engines on the classic CBZ and Suzuki Fiero, prior to Pulsars !

(I don't want to go OT or start a debate, but thought of participating in the discussion goin on )

No I m not saying that there werent good engines prior to pulsars,
all I am saying Bajaj developed a bike indigenously that revolutionised
the indian bike market. Its only after the pulsar that we had an array
of performance oriented bikes from all manufacturers.

Bikes went from means of commuting to FUN!!

                    • To add to indigenous bikes, even TVS Victor was indigenous and released around the same time as the pulsar.

Probably the first time i have ever liked "Green" on a motorbike.
THat front cowl with that "V" shaped visor looks wayyy better than that on my 250R.
Just wished the 150R would hit the showroom here so i can go take a TD now.
                          Btw congrats on ur purchase

True. so very true. The 150R front looks meaner than the relatively innocuous looking 250R front. I think there are so many areas that the 150R looks better designed in. The exhaust, for example. The 150R exhaust looks fireblade inspired and oh-so desirable.Awesome. If only the 250 had these and the deady colour schemes.
Yesterday evening I saw a black n white 150 R parked outside the koparkhairane(Navi Mumbai) police station, near Teen tanki. Looked arresting. I stood there for around 3-4 minutes just to take it all in .
The one thing I noticed though, other than the obvious, is that despite being only marginally smaller than it's bigger cousin, it looks a lot small, almost in the league of the R15. I don't know if it was only my perception, but it did. The 250 R looks a lot big IMO.

I think catchdebanjan has the same colour combo?
