Hi, You have to go to Medavakkam Tank Road first. There is one ESI hospital. After ESI hospital there will be one left turn which will take you through Ayanavaram Market. And there you can find the service centre. It is almost 500 meters interior to the Medavakkam Tank Road. If you still not able to figure out, you can check with SVM motors which is in Medavakkam Tank Road and is very visible also. They can send any of their guys along with you till the service center.

Not really, because everyone is asking me to relax, I am gonna keep it. It is not gonna do anything but only prolong the run-in period. But at 600 Kms, it is already run in around 80% so its all good. Also, synthetic oil is pretty smooth, I love it.

            • I got my bike on 19th july.Well to start with as usual the attitude of the the dealer as if they were giving it for free
They already had teflon coated it,which i had to pay Rs.1200 (the no included rear and front).Got on a drive to a nearby gas station,bt the bike went off on the war, they didnt had filled even half a litre.
Then after riding for a few kms i found that the handle was to tight, and the accelerator cable was tight, because on moving the handle sideways, the engine would rev up,so in shorrt withing half an hour i was at the service centre. The cable was fixed bt the mechanic told me that the handle would be tight as the bike is a heavy one,i had neva rode cbr so i agreed.
The next day i went on a long ride for about 60kms,i found that the handle is tight coz of some defect, went to the service centre gived them a heavy dose. They called me next day as there it was already evening.
On the same Day I contacted on the honda customer website, told them the problems I had faced.
This monday I went to the service centre,it took them 5.30 hours to do the job. There Was some cable ,which was disturbing it.
I didnt paid a cent to them.
The same evening the dealer called me(the company responded to my complaint and wanted an answer from the dealer),the requested me for about 30mins,gived a load of promises to repair my bike at my home even..haha
They wanted a satisfaction letter for me.
Now coming on the bike,She is hot, amazing power, superb handling, great comfort,in a word she is amazing.
Didnt felt a bit of pain in my hand or in my back.
Have done 300kms,riding withing 5 rpm
Will change the engine oil on 400 kms to mineral oil.
Then will rev it hard but not in the red zone.
Then will service at 1000kms kms,
Getting a milege of 30 kms.
Will change to semi synthetic or full symthetic on second service.
This will give my power and milege even.i
              I am loving her....
The only problem is gear shifting and the radiator gets messed up due to mud from the tyre during rains.
              Its really fun riding her.
              Cheers to baby blade

              • I swear, everyone who has even gone for a HONDA bike has problems only with the staff and not with the actual product. This has got to stop. We need to do something about it.

                • Pathetic 1st service

I must confess- was never annoyed this much even with my car servicing.

While the bike was delivered to me, an orange light was blinking (manual says some malfunction indicator) and they told its just a wiring issue and can be fixed in the first service. I can ignore that.

But once i got it home, read the manual - was little worried about this problem, so - gave for servicing after about 350 km's.

The service manager then called me to explain that it may cause some serious issue and some cable needs to be replaced and will take a week to fix it. I was ok with it.

Now its 3 weeks i gave my bike for servicing. Everytime i call them they say the haven't got the spare yet and will be dispatched soon. I escalated to my level best, mailed them, called them, tried calling the branch office - no luck.

Now they say bike will be delivered by Monday. What a agony. How can a bike servicing take 1 month... that too for CBR's. I dont know if its too early to regret buying a honda product but hope this doesnt happen again
if you do what you did, you'll get what you got
