128 kmph came very soon ,like it does solo ,then 136 kmph Did took a noticeable time and 136-140 was like taking an activa from 60 to 70 kmph.
    Extra info.
R15 was going solo with 65kg rider along, he stopped me at next red light and asked if i had any mod/silencer/k&n kinda thing. I just smiled .
The pillion also owned a r15 ,he was like :what:

Yes, you will get a tool kit. But make sure they give you NS toolkit. All the Pulsar toolkits contain similar items, but spanner sizes are different

Who are facing suspension issue make sure to check tyre pressure because the people who fill air they just look at the tyre and fill the air.

If the front air recommend is 25 they'll fill 32.

The (adjustable) rod which connects the brake pedal to the brake cylinder has got nothing to do with brake pedal height.

Checking battery charging with the 100W bulb ON. Note that chrging is OK at 3000rpm, but goes down if rpm comes down to 1500.

This is my personal way of checking the tuning. I make no claims that this is correct. But when I tune it like this, the bike is smooth right from 1500 to 10,000 rpm. Note that the bike stays at whatever rpm you hold it. If the tuning is wrong, it jumps from, say 1500 to 3000 rpm, but does not stay anywhere in between. Also, throttle response is good and the midrange is good for city riding, it cruises without any jerking at 40kmph in 6th gear. Fuel efficiency (overall city+highway, speeds 40-80) at this tuning is 38-40kmpl. Have not tried top speed yet, because it still has not covered 2000kms. But I get 90kmph@6000rpm in 6th gear (rear sprocket 36T from Pulsar 220)

First thing you got to know is its a digital unit. So it isnt really accurate but just an indicator.
The 1st bar goes down after 2.5 litres of fuel is consumed in my case. And after that every is confusing. For checking the mileage note the km reading when bike goes to reserve. Then fully fill from the nearest station and again hit reserve. Distance covered divided by the amount of fuel consumed will give you the mileage.

They are duke 390 handguards which come as stock with it. Costed rs. 1686 from ktm svc . Dont know the cost in india. Maybe in the range of 700rs. Yes grabs a lot of attention as well and in person looks even better. One end (bigger part) of it is clamped to the bar end whereas for the other end a special arrangement has to be done.

Picture will tell you the arrangement. A rigid metal pipe is connected between the handlebar and is taped. Tape is applied in larger quantity at the ends as much as it wont make the noise when fitted. And in this metal pipe the other end is clamped.

No. reserve is when your bike will stop running on the main fuel. Do not trust the metre at all..
The bike will still have a litre or more fuel after the bars disappear entirely haha.
