But don't keep that speed for a long time at a stretch. Of course, most of our roads and traffic doesn't allow 60-70 more than a few minutes...Originally posted by Jean View PostCan I ride her around 60-70kmph in 2nd half run-in period(1001-2000) ???
And whatever gear you are in, keep rpm below 5000

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hi friends,
Remember me I had taken delivery for my red black ns a few days ago.
I got my machine replaced with a new one today as the older one had electric wires cut below the seat and as it wasn't registered yet I askd for a brand new piece.
below adding the pics frnds..
And for people wondering how to knw when bike is nearing reserve.there is a petrol pump type icon near the fuel level meter...it starts blinking when in reserve else it glows constantly when you have sufficient fuel.
Better than the glowing indicator..
Again got the mrf ones...very hard to get mrf as it comes on very few lots.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Can you please upload pic of the reserve indicator that you are referring to? Mine was bought in Mar'14 and has an amber light indicator for fuel level alert.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hi...
Everyone...
I have Small query...
My suspension has oil leaking all over the shock... And It's acting like a spring... And My bike would kick me back If I would run over the speed break....
So... When I took the bike to svc...
He said that shocks have to be replaced...
So.. My question is that...
Is it time to replace shock ...
If So... Should I go for the stock ones or are their Any better upgradation for my ns..
My bike has done 29k...

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Stock ones lasted you 29k kms . I think you can go with those itself. Unless you're into racing or anything. Then an upgrade might be an option. Don't know whether the Duke suspension would be an option. It's a bit stiffer than the NS suspension. You can find out about that if you're into racing or want a stiffer ride.Originally posted by Mr Blackcat View PostHi...

Then I'll let the experts answer that one. I meant your stock suspension lasted 29k kms, right? That's what I was saying.Originally posted by Mr Blackcat View PostThanks mate...

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Got NS battery @ 1500rs
.
Dealers were qouting 2700, and then some other dealer 2300, then another one 2100.
Finally got the wholesaler who initially said 1700 but after lot of bargain came down to 1500. With the 12 months guarantee and +6 mths warranty.
