I would suggest get your bike home after registration, & park it in a safer place. we cant trust the showroom peoples.Originally posted by sad_general View PostGuys please reply to this query soon..

I am willing to keep a watch at weekends, if it is ok for you.. but I would not recommend leave it with the dealer.. PM me, if you need anything.. we stay in same locality!Originally posted by sad_general View PostGuys please reply to this query soon..

@sad_general : Its better to take delivery of your bike. As dealers will use the bike by disconnecting the speedo. All depends on your dealer, but best is take deliver and keep bike with your watchman.

Nice reviews and pics. Congrats on you're bike manOriginally posted by govind.one View PostIt was raining, as if heavens have opened up.. Rains lashing the windshield of the WagonR.. Water is the only thing which was to be seen.. Road was hardly visible.. The stretch to the by-pass was killing.. poor light.. But, my friend drove on.. Phone rings.. Showroom guy.. "Sir, we close at 6.. Make it on time, else delivery tomorrow.." Clock struck 5: 45.. I want my bumblebee today said a voice in my head.. Distance to cover was 55 kms.. Time I had was 10 minutes.. sadly, I didn`t drive P200NS yet!!!
Called up Papa.. told him, take the bike.. wait at the showroom.. After a whirlwind.. reached showroom by 6 30

There was a crowd standing infront of the showroom.. I thought.. Maybe some famous guy passed by.. after surfing through the crowd.. in the center of the crowd was my dad with the bike.. Trust me.. Yellow is such an attention seeking colour..
Delivery wala walked up.. Said.. that this bike is 200 cc (I didn`t know that!
), has six gear and can go fast.. really??..
Push.. and there came.. Bumblebee to life.. Took it to the HP Bunk nearby.. filled up for Rs.500 (Power, 6.3 ltrs).. and the fuel gauge showed 3/4th of the marks.. really??.. is the tank that full??.. I was told.. Reserve was 3.5 litres.. is it true??
Super smooth engine.. I loved the sound.. I would call it music.. even if I don`t drive it.. I would pay to hear the sound this engine make.. It is truly music to my ears.. I engaged the first gear.. and she starts moving.. all the mightiness.. lucky are the ones who are staring at it.. because I never can see that (don`t want to anyway!!)..
The gearbox was bang-on.. no delays, no false neutrals, no dhak-dhing sounds.. Throttle felt as if it was wired into me.. I think of doing it, and whoosh.. Bumblebee obeys.. Throttle was such responsive.. love it..
Brakes were very good too.. I tried it at 55kmph.. and it quite stood still.. surprise revelation is the EuroGrip tyres.. it did not slip.. nothing at all.. It rained all day.. roads were wet and slippery.. but tyres did not slip..
Cornering was effortless and mindbogglingly beautiful (yes.. even with TVS tyres).. tried a couple of corners with a pillion (my sister loves bikes).. and bumblebee scored 105 (5 marks for good looks!).. Handling is never an issue.. cuts and zooms in traffic..gives enough kick for any corner lover..
Motoman is no difficult in this machine.. I mean as soon as I touch the 4k RPM mark.. it says.. "that`s all??.. Let`s go a little further..".. thus, Motoman is the easiest done on this machine.. although I am taking a calculated Motoman approach..
1st 500kms - 4- 4.5 k RPM
2nd 500kms - 5-6k RPM
3rd 500 kms - 6 - 7k RPM
4th 500 kms - 7 - 9k RPM
is that ok.. any comments??
Finally, riding this bike is like taking Morphine.. you will think you will stop after a little while.. but all it does is.. it grows on you even further..
I know.. this isn`t any review.. but I felt like telling the folks what I have experienced with my Bumblebee.. I apologise for the delay in this post.. office work killing me.. got only one hour a day to drive

Odo reading: 40 kms
Max. Speed: 57kmph
Sorry for the poor pictures.. will keep them coming.. no time to click pictures.. as soon as I see the bike.. I want to start driving..!!
For those who are confused/waiting/booked this one.. Please wait however long it takes and get this bike.. nothing else can give you this feeling.. no not even your girlfriend..!!

how is the headlamp set up working on highways at night, any owner care to share?and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.
#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
#overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road
(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

@nilesh14587 yes, i am also looking for some better looking part for rear mudguard gap instead of patch work
@rahuldevnath ,i used that oil because i thought as winter is coming and in cold mornings the 20 grade oil (from 20w-X) would require more time to spread over cam shaft, rockers or valves etc ,so in my view i think 10 grade oil will do its job faster without stressing oil pump, please sir explain me will this oil not suitable or something .

Guys, I have just concluded (has been concluded many a times before) that the Pulsar 200NS's real world mileage varies around 44-48. I used Shell to fill it up to the brim on Saturday (04-08-12), reset the TRIP, considering the fuel in the 'ON' is somewhere around 10 litres, my bike went into reserve tank today at 451.6km (TRIP). Now the ride was a mix a of both highway and city, ie 236 on the highway and the remaining in city. So I guess these are good FE, NSians please confirm!
