Found a "first aid kit" in NS. Its under front seat, right side. Ignore if its, not a new thing here.

did not get the centre stand at kalyani bajaj, mekhri circle(out of stock)

regarding the noise from rear disc brakes, they have reported the issue to bajaj saying that P200 NS uses closed calipers which should be replaced with P220 's open calipers which will resolve the issue.
If bajaj agrees they will change it for all 200 NS bikes for free

      However, service was ok-ok.
they have increased the idling to 1700 rpm which after depressing the clutch becomes 2200 rpm(the choke is off i checked).
Also, the brakes have lost their bite.
maybe will have to go again
Bro, if u still have the same problems with ur bike, please do let us know, we'll be glad to help u, the quality of service is also good. DDouza got his first service done at Khivraj, Kasturba, both of us had been there for his bike service on Wednesday, I got mine done on Monday. Both the bikes have a center stand now, it cost us Rs 1350 including the first service. And BTW, just out of curiosity, what is ur bikes FE, mine's giving a maximum of 50 in city

here are pic of mobil oil ,fully synthetic 10w-40 ,as its imported and we are retailer,, the dealer gave oil for 900 rs per liter . one more thing , i did first servicing in our shop not at bajaj(not worried about warranty), the pics are taken on nokia 5130 so not good quality

for fitting ,the bolts are just pressing the rubber flap towards mudguard because of clips ,which can be seen, the nut are also outside.
for cost ,the clips are of 10 rs and flap is 15 rs , 2 bolts 4 rs so total is 29rs , minimum cost and 100 % effective working , not even a drop of muddy water on radiator or silencer bend pipe

you could remove the bolts and just stick that rubber part with fevi quick from the inside part of mudguard . it will look much more neat ..i have done it and completed 900kms on odo ..

Inside or outside it will sure damage plastic when i will remove, because the plastic mudguard is very cheap quality , it can easily break while removing rubber fixed with feviquick but it is also a very good option , thanks for noticing my post , i use feviquick very much , because for these things i dont need to go any shop , its just like take it what i need (benefit of shopkeeper) i am going to remove mudflap soon ,and rear tyre hugger too.

                  • i have a question guys, dont know anybody had noticed or i am very old school, when i was traveling on my bike, had to cover 130 km ,so decided not to go in single stretch, and was waiting 15-20 mins on every 40 kms for cooling engine , then once i checked whether bike has cooled or not , i found that when i stop the bike ,engine was very hot then after 8-10 mins touched the silencer bend pipe and found it was cold, every time i checked this was happening , so what reason behind it? i think silencer bend should remain hot with engine

it is good that you are giving it some rest after riding it for some time .. even i give it about 15mins rest after riding it for around 45mins continuously.. this should always be done during run-in ..i have noticed that the engine cools down very quicky ,, never touched it though ..
