dont worry about brakes losing bite after service . its just cuz they would have sprayed chain lube on the chain and some lube would have gone on to the disc plate ..Originally posted by aayush1984 View PostGave my bike for first service
total cost was 775
did not get the centre stand at kalyani bajaj, mekhri circle(out of stock)
regarding the noise from rear disc brakes, they have reported the issue to bajaj saying that P200 NS uses closed calipers which should be replaced with P220 's open calipers which will resolve the issue.
If bajaj agrees they will change it for all 200 NS bikes for free
However, service was ok-ok.
they have increased the idling to 1700 rpm which after depressing the clutch becomes 2200 rpm(the choke is off i checked).
Also, the brakes have lost their bite.
maybe will have to go again
it will be back to normal after 1 day of use ..

OMG ! The same issue I am facing. I had engine oil leakage and rear disc noise. I had been rectify those, but the rear disc brake noise has increased tremendously now and my RPM after some 10-15 KM ride idles at 2500 RPM. My choke is also closed.Originally posted by aayush1984 View PostGave my bike for first service

I had the same problem of rear disc brakes noise from many days, went for the 1st service day before yesterday and it was rectified no need to change the calipers , the svc guy took the pad out from the brakes and rubbed it a little bit on the floor then put it back and the noise is gone never faced it again till now. its the problem because of the pads not by calipersOriginally posted by Chaoseater View PostOMG ! Anyways for your choke where the carbrator knob is just bent down u can see a silver color knob that's the choke leaver. Also in your book they have mentioned it check it up. For any doubts
Friends for those who r having a tough time for the bike. Here in Allahabad my dealer got the making number of vehicles around 36 in total and to my surprise he has just sold 3 to 4 in total here the bike has not got so much of attention yet and the sale is hardly there of 200 ns so if u guys want come to Allahabad and buy your future bike.click me

it is very simple ,the mud flap is rubber mudflap of rx100 and there are no holes driven, mud flap is fixed by head light reflector fitting clip of passion which has a nut welded on it, i will post its pic , and i also have to post the pic of mobil oil ,since i was very busy today couldnt post todayOriginally posted by VijayAlluru View Post@ DNA: Nice pics. In the pic, is the front mud flap standard/custom, did you have to drill holes for that; pl share costs involved.

Aesthetic review of P200NS
Hi All,
Yesterday I reported that I saw a P200NS at night. Well, today in my office parking lot I saw a Maroonish - Red P200NS. I won't beat around the bush so coming directly to the points.
Positives:
1. Looks HAWT and amazing design.
2. Ye exhaust kahan hai? (Where is the exhaust) look came to my face
3. Switchgear, paint quality seems to be a mark up the Pulsar siblings.
4. Softy softy seats.
5. Rear looks huge.
6. Stance is "on your face". LOVE that.
Negatives:
1. Mud guard design sucks in reality, better off with it.
2. Reach to indicators is a pain, too far.
3. Huge huge gap in the panels, especially the rear seat area. I green tree snake can easily crawl through.
The bike was in the parking, owner was not there, so didn't sit on it. It was just a see and touch show.
While I was waiting outside the main gate of my office, another Cherry-Black P200NS came by. Sounds awesome, unlike Pulsars. He was too fast to be noticed properly.
Overall - Love it, but panels gaps could be reduced, seriously needed effort from Bajaj.Regards,
Akash Yadav
The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place. It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

Guys, I was supposed to get the bike tomorrow but won't be getting it till Monday as the Chennai rto has an unexpected holiday. Now the quandary.. Because of Ramadan, I will be leaving to Bangalore tomorrow night for 10 days. The dealer said I will be getting the bike in 3 days, that is by Monday the 13th. I won't be home till the morning of Tuesday the 21st. I want to go to the office by bike on 21st. The dealer said he can give the bike to my flatmate (another NS owner) by Monday the 13th. If this happens the bike will lay in my block unridden for a whole week. For protection, I have a security guard who can keep a check on the bike till I come. Also the bike will be covered with a rainproof cover. Else, I can ask the dealer to keep the bike till Monday the 20th and my flatmate can collect the bike from him then. But can I trust the dealer to keep the bike as the registration will be done on Monday the 13th? Because he will have a registered bike for a whole week with him, or do I get it home as soon as it's registered and keep it covered for a week? Because, you know the watchman is kinda trustable but it's my first bike.. Guys please suggest what to do?
