can anyone help me for the correct chain slack measure or can any one upload a pic of chain slack which is working perfect..??
Proper chain slack measurement must be provided in ur owner's manual.
BTW, if the bike is vibrating with high revs in neutral position, it might not be because of the chain-tightening issue..

        Clear visor for night time.
        Tinted visor for day time.

There are visors available in stores both clear and tinted.
This is specific to Hyderabad: Police were attacked by ppl riding 2 wheelers wearing helmets with tinted visors. I was forced to wear a clear visor while driving my p150 in hyd. Bottom line is tinted visor will attract cops at every signal.

I don't see the same problem in blr... Just felt like pointing this out.

BTW what was the price quoted to you by the dealers who were offering you 1500 for your Eurogrips? Were they as high as the place you got yours from?

I went to all the major two wheeler tyre dealers in karol bagh but none had them in stock, a few offered to get one for me but after I paid advance and the waiting period was in weeks. Besides, comparing the 100/80 and 110/70 they looked almost the same except the almost negligible extra width of pirellis (maybe I am blind here) and no mods were required to get it fitted so I went for it.
Hey there..! I will get my NS yellow day after tomorrow.. I am confused about the Tyre of the bike as it is Eurogrip tyre and not MRF nylo grip.. My bike arrives and got registered also.. Dont know what to do.. Is Eurogrip tyres good for controls?? Kindly guide me as I am new to this accessories..

Also thinking of getting DUKE's indicators (front & rear - both sides) onto NS as those are LEDs.

                Please comment & advice...
Yes, I am planning to upgrade to HID. Thought I'll wait till first service. I have already changed the two small lights to the LED. The small lights, you can do it yourself without opening it up.

40km/sec might be too fast before or after the 1st service

just kidding, well there is a run-in procedure that you are "advised" to follow which is specific to the rpm limit and not the speed limit.
Owner's will be able to guide you with the exact figures.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

The front tyres are 100/80. A wider tyre will reduce your straight line grip and increase cornering grip. Teh tyre size on the P200NS is perfect. I would not prefer going for a bigger tyre!

                            I guess you meant 40 KM/Hr

Sorry mate, jsut kidding. Anyways, 40 KMPH is not the correct speed and that too in 6th gear. Stick to the manufacturer recommendations if you want. I say, stay near 50-55 kmph for the first 1000 kms with occassional small speed bursts for a few seconds say like touch 60-65 (conservative??). Then gradually increase the speed after crossing 1000-1100. Avoid harsh and sudden braking and sudden acceleration too. Check for the coolant level and engine oil level everyday for leaks/low quantity. Also, make sure the tyre pressure is per manual suggestions. Use engine braking (google for more detailed info). Don't run too high a gear for too low a speed. Simple things here, nothing rocket science.

And yeah, don't forget to change the oil and oil filter in the first servicing. You should be good with the above method.

Experts can jump in to modify.
