Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
How to check whether the radiator is working or not? During my 9 km trip in hot sun, it did not work. I have tried idling for 2 minutes, then also, it didn't come on. I don't want to take it to SVC. They here will say, " Sir, this is common in all the pulsars. You need not worry. Nothing will happen. " Slowly I'm becoming a DIY type guy.♥ 𝙰𝚞𝚝𝚘𝚖𝚘𝚋𝚒𝚕𝚎 𝙰𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚍𝚘 ♥

Try stop and go traffic in first gear for like 15 mins.Originally posted by Ashref View PostHow to check whether the radiator is working or not? During my 9 km trip in hot sun, it did not work. Decreased level of petrol in carburetor by adjusting float. Pickup has decreased only marginally, and I'm getting around 40-42 km/l in city/town, which is an increase of about 10% over what I was getting
Have to test in highway now (60-70km/hr)

Ride in second gear or first for 5-10 min continuously at 15 kmph or as less as possible. Fan will start.Originally posted by Ashref View PostHow to check whether the radiator is working or not? Look, never worry about the coolant\fan stuff, okay?. Just drive by concentrating on road and people. Just make sure the coolant levels are within range and not leaking.Use center stand to inspect the levels and just keep driving, if you get warning from the dashboard leds, then stop your bike for a while, let it cool and then do your R&D
Meanwhile, just fly with your machine

That looks superb. I wish I get those projectors atleast for look, if not for better lighting. The link for USB charging isn't openingOriginally posted by chinna_rao View PostWire clutter is minimum...only two wires for the USB charging...
I got it from www.d.x.com...Link here: Waterproof USB Charging Dock Station Set for Cellphone / GPS / Motorcycle + More - Black - Free Shipping - DealExtreme
Item SKU code is 247017
Charges my nexus 5 and digicam just as fast as a wall charger...
I had my projector installed more than a year ago...no problems at all...throw was just a little bit more than stock but the visibility(CRI) increased a lot for me...easier to identify objects in the dark now....
Here are the pics as you asked...
Ignore the wire clutter...that is from my other accessories...USB charging is simple and you can do it yourself...my charger starts along with the instrument console..no need of engine to be running
Any alternative?.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hello guys
Aftert the 4th service, the mechanic is telling me to replace the chain sproket; bike has done 13000 kms now. 3 free services are done. the 4th service was done by the local mechanic. The sproket looks fine. The mechanic tells that the front part of the chain is touching the front engine plate and is making noise. I can feel that neat the foot pegs while I am riding. Is he right? replacing the sprokets will mitigate this issue?
