Is it possible for cone getting damaged in just 400kms of riding.

No, cone wont get damaged. Rectify the problem immediately. Take it back there and show them the problem

It does not get damaged so easily. But get it corrected asap. Bad roads+hard use of front brake will damage an improperly set cone sooner than you expect

You sir, have not entered the modding scene I bet. For further queries, take a look at my previous posts.

I have seen it being done, and have ridden a few. Not done any on my bike though. My reply was for a particular person who was doing cosmetics only. I had said something about your post too...that your dyno figures point to 26-27 ish bhp at the crank. Just asking...are you using a 428 chain or the stock one? The 428's transmission losses is less than a 520's, so you will have more bhp on the rear wheel

And..no 'sir' plz... call me bro

                    • Can we add RS200's ABS & bigger front disc on 200NS

With nearly 3 years with my 200NS,I have not faced any major complaints until now except for braking..The BYBRE's do their job & is reliable most the time but most the time tend to lock up the wheels under hard braking. So can we add ABS from RS on our bike?

Again abs is not something that you can plonk in anywhere ..
Wheel locks can be avoided with proper engine breaking and modulating brake pedal pressure ..

P200ns is a great bike. But if you are a pure enthusiast and not restricted by budget, try Duk200.
Nothing like advantages\dis-advantages. But you have to be careful in selecting the used product. Few buying tips
                          1. Check for idle rpm after riding it some time, it should not shoot up or shut down
                          2. Check for any leakage after riding it for some time (coolant\oil)
                          3. See if it has vibrations\loss of pickup at any RPM range in all gears
                          4. Check tires.
                          5. test braking
                          6. Ask for service bills and if any spare replacements info
                          7. Check KMs, anything beyond 20K needs a lot more to be checked.

Well, there are many potential risk which if ignored can fall on your head after you buy it, because more SVC are nothing but a dumb***.

FYI, Bajaj likely has discontinued it.....!!!
Though we shouldn't have any problem as long as AS200 is in the market....!!, but still it's a thought for you...!!!
                          Happy buying..!!!

thanks a ton bro I will use all of your points to check on a second hand bike and for d200 I have budget restriction hence its out of my list.last question can I expect a mileage of 35-40kmpl in a 15000km run p200NS because my father is really mileage minded thanks in advance

Yes you can expect 35kmpl for sure.

one more thing.... NS vs Duke --> not that much different bro. NS is having super mid range punch.. Duke is not having mid range, it has all its magic in lower rpms. .. you cross 6000rpm in NS and see what is NS is capable of.. duke will run our of juice...but NS will still have in mid and higher ranges..

I took test drive of both bikes and selected NS over duke for 3 reason.
                              1. NS is more matured and mass looking bike than DUKE(i am 5.8ft and oly 55 kg, people asked me to go for Duke but still i loved NS for its look)
                              2. VFM - NS is more value for money compared to Duke(I Chose NS over Duke even though i had enough budget for Duke)
                              3. I am not person who do 100KM/h in city.. i drive between50-80KM/h in city. In highway i hit 100-110. NS is master in that area. Its more faster than duke and there only midrange and high end rpms comes into picture.

                              Why not to buy NS?
                              only 2 reasons,
                              1. Weight of the bike even though KTM duke 390 weight is same as NS it will feel like you are driving splendor that much weightless.
Duke 200 will be feather light but NS is little heavy compared to other bikes of same weight. You will feel the weight in hands for sure- 200%( i am lean but still i can handle NS like any other bike.. eventually you will get used to the bike.. when i can handle NS with my weight why not others?)
                              2. Stupid/poor bajaj service engineers

                                My figures:

City /town: 30 (insane riding, traffic), 35 (traffic), 40-45 (decent riding, mild traffic)
                                Highway: 42-45 (mostly 80kmph), 50-52 (50-60kmph)

Depends a lot on vehicle condition too. Tuning, tyres properly inflated, chain properly lubed, engine oil quality/quantity etc. Note: more engine oil than recommended quantity decreases mileage, less of it decreases engine life.
