^i am not sue but i have heard on the fuel is at on mode carb gets fuel from main duct but at reserve it gets fuel from secondary duct which is situated below,may this has to do something with your problem.sagar

Got the reflective rim tapes for my bike! The pulsar logos were done separately.
Was confused between red and white but i went with red. It took almost 2 and a half hours ( with a lot of help from my side ) to get it done. Lack of centre stand made it difficult but it was worth the effort
Cost - 200 Rs

So what if i didn't get my bike... I bought new shoes for my baby today even before i got her...
mrf revz s 130/70 x 17...
had to carry it by hand all the way from the shop...my palm is bleeding coz its cut by the sharp inner sidewall...
but who cares...anything for my bike...
waiting to bring her home...13 days to go... Cant upload the photos...dont know why

yes there are two ducts for main and reserve... The reserve lies lower than the main and is shorter... The reserve duct remains closed when its on main... And the ns does have a cat-con...a small one... Companies are here to make business and profit...bajaj clamis 10000kms for the engine oil so why dont you run your bike on dtsi oil for 10000kms... ^my bad rahul,i thought the 3 rd plug was introduced to eliminate the need of cat-con.
p.s.=those who dream of buying a 1000 cc bike but don't have the money,keep on plonking k&n filter,as with each filter comes 4 bhp power bump,eventually you will reach the power output of a litre class.and the question remains why do i race?

Cuz when I gave my bike to them today for the 1st service , they took almost an entire day for it. Gave it to them after reporting all the issues at about 12:35pm & got a call from them at 6:30pm to take the delivery , but it was raining so told them that I'll take it by noon tomorrow.
Bhai! when Pulsar was first launched in 2003, best attention was given by SVC till free services are over. I was allowed to watch the servicing and even then they hardly spent half an hour on the bike. After that Pulsar has become commoner like Platina, Discover, Wind
, BYK etc. and has to follow the Q when owners are not allowed to watch the servicing - 15 mins/bike is then order of the day. Anyway, it does not mean if the bike is with them for a whole day, service guy spends the entire time on a single vehicle - just because economics does not work. Imagine how many service mechanics have to be there to service all the PULSARS
