Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hi everyone. I had an accident about a month ago on my NS and I just got around to repairing it. One of the bolts of the oil filter cap broke of along with the threads in the engine itself.
What do you guys think?? Should the entire casing have to be replaced or is there any other way to fix it. Also, does anyone know the cost of that cover ??
Thanks

The entire right hand crank case (36JL0004 Kit asly crankcase rh) Rs 3569 on 99rpm should be the same at Bajaj service center.Originally posted by aadithya_s View PostHi everyone. First go to some good welder if he can weld a nail on the brokrn screw then remove it... I had the same problem but i have found a good person to do it... And he removed the remaining part of the screw.Originally posted by aadithya_s View PostHi everyone. I had an accident about a month ago on my NS and I just got around to repairing it. Bro the prices on 99rpm are way off. They are way higher than what you would get at the service center. Atleast thats what i learnt from the fairing costs.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
hello guys. i was having a lot of issues with my bike recently.
it starts normally everyday but after going a short distance it dies and just doesn't start again.
the level of engine oil was low after 1500-1800 kms of changing it.
burning smell from the engine.
i got the tank cleaned, the fuel cock changed and the engine oil changed as well but the burning smell is still coming.
the service guy told me to bring the bike again tomorrow. what should i do?
