I had developed carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands in Feb 2015, that's when I switched to the adjustable lever.

    Stock comfort level : 4/10
    Adjustable comfort level : 8/10

I have ridden 16k km after changing them.

Would suggest anyone to go-ahead and change to adjustable levers , if they experience numbness or discomfort after a long b2b ride.

The bite is excellent for brakes and clutch is very very smooth.

Can be replaced by oneself..or by a mechanic for 20 rs.
Just get the correct model designed for 200ns.

Not able to go past 3rd gear or 70kmph.
      However hard I try.
      Checked chain - seems fine
      Afr - tuned again
      Clutch - seems fine.
Accelerate cable - a little bit more play has come than before.

Its like I m dragging my bike .
However one thing, I had cold start from issue from day 1, that has suddenly vanished.
Engine oil was replaced some 800 km back.

Don't know what went wrong all of a sudden.
Tight schedule as qe going on, can't visit SVC.
      Any suggestions ?

      Update:

The issue was resolved after changing the throttle cable,
There was minor exterior damage but the wire was damaged on the inside, leading to play being stuck and throttle not being as effective.

Now planning to change the throttle cable.[emoji14] As I have tried each and everything, for example:- got the carb cleaned, changed the sprocket, etc, etc I was doubting the carb but the mileage I got was 40kmpl. So stopped doubting it.

I am getting a consistent 35 with some hard riding so that was another reason of me dropping the idea of the carb which is when i got the throttle cable checked end to end.

You guys know how bad the ASC are. They dont support any sort of help at all.Its sad to see.

Also changing Carb wont help because card doesnt die so fast. You can change the diapharm or the spring but i think that should fix it.Would cost around 500 including labour.
Hey bud .. how you doing ? the diaphragm and spring are in top shape.. no issues with that... TPS is something which remains to be checked...

It happened due to my p180 I guess.
                  I got them locally for 900+ .
Its available on eBay for roughly same amount.

                    Repeat my problem...
Headlamp, pilot lamps, LED don't work. Pass button is work and LED light work too when ACC starts..
I checked fuses (are they only two?) they are ok. Also I checked pin connectors and right control unit - ok.
I guess the problem is my alarm which I set up a week ago. I should to connect ACC and I chose it from head lamp unit. Now I saw video from my action cam and I found that when i first time (after installation alarm) switched head lamp and used turn signal this is all happened.
Please recommend me next action to recover it.

It looks like a faulty bcu relay. The mechanics at SVC call it the headlight relay. Its located under the front seat, towards the right of the battery. It looks like the photo attached. If you have some knowledge of electricals then just short the input and output of the relay to check it out. Otherwise head to a mechanic.

                        Thanks!
If it broke can I use this DIY before I get new relay?

Hi guys, I am having a problem with my bike. I am starting to hear a grinding sound coming from the rear side of the bike. ASC says that it is due to unlubed chain and they lubed it but still the sound is coming. Can some on help me with this?

How much have you ridden the bike till now? Is there a slack in the chain?

Till now the odo reads 16700kms. There is a slack in the chain

Okay so loosen the chain a little more and see if the noise reduces. I have a similar problem and it is because my chain runs up and down at times and not front and back as it should. Ideally the chain and sprocket should be replaced. But you can run with a little loose chain for a couple of 1000 km more.
