No offense rahul bhai, but I also think that's a bit overdone. A mishap is inevitable. Also imho the extra 2 bulbs look ugly there. But that's just our opinions right.

mate, another way is there, they use a hammer to create a - or + on the broken part of the bolt and then usea scredriver to take it out, most probably they will do that, in extreme cases only lathe drilling is needed.

and mind it the pic with the lights on are taken before i put on the hids... they are taken with the halogens
Lighting setup is overdone, I know a person who runs this exact same setup on his 180 and it's almost always a nuisance for oncoming traffic.
And get your RVM's fixed. No point risking your and others life.

Isn't the NS having a full DC setup, so ideally this shouldn't be happening right ?

Hey Rahul why don't you set up a single headlight with better HID projectors rather than This triple combinations ??

And why to set the focus again and again, get it set ones and for all.

With in city NS200 is much more capable with stock lights. But if touring is concerned then get HID projector fitted. It will solve the issues.

BTW it can be subjective to an individuals. But these two extra lights is spoiling the looks of NS200.

So far I have clocked 325km on speedo. is this normal? Finally even my bike has started to die if not revved aggressively! There is a dead spot in acceleration and at that spot bike gives one jerk to die!
Finally I have clocked 450+ km and ready for first servicing. Got a decent fuel economy of 43.7 km/ltr. Any specific instructions that I need to follow during 1st servicing? Also do I need to carry out PUC test/certificate?
            1. I am going to ask servicing people to charge my battery cause during second day issue battery was fully discharged. And they charged it only for 6hrs. So every time I start my bike the neutral light dims during RPM meter initialization. Or is this common behavior?
            2. Is it safe to ask and fix idling issue? In thread I saw lot of SVC guys have failed to fix it and have tampered the engine settings.

              1. Better get it replaced rather than landing in such incidence one more time, but you might have to press then hard to make them replace it.

              2. Just ask them to set the CO to 2% @1400rpm (Bajaj recommends this, i have seen on a chart in SVC). That should take care of the issue. If an inexperienced mechanics tries to set it manually then only the settings are screwed up, but it can always be set right so don't worry too much about it.

I took the one less traveled by,

Thanks Somen. There was no issue with the set up. Just that the chap who replaced my tyre, filled air with 40 PSI pressure. I have got it reduced to 24 (hot summer here in Mumbai) and I don't experience that issue now. Feels good. However, I am going to closely watch it for few more days.

140/70 would have higher diameter (2.3%) as compared to 130/70 but its not that much. However 140/70 (as in MRF, Pirelli) would have much flatter profile than 130/70. So there will be difference in handling. On the other hand 150/60 has diameter almost equal to that of 130/70 (less than 1% difference). But the Duke200 has different gear ratios so its quicker than 200NS. THe tire shop wala i visited said NS can easily take 150/60..no problem..
Thanks for the update. Tyre shop that I visited insisted me on to 140/70 continental tyres however, I have only one thing in my mind now. And that is R15V2 rear which matches all specifications given by Bajaj. Moreover it is MRF (I know it is illogical but I think both tyres of same brands would form a synergy. Just a wishful thinking.).

Thanks for the breakup. Did you visit SVC or TVS dealer directly? Also, I can be very lazy at times. So can you please give me link of pics of your bad tyres that you have uploaded here?

I called up svc and told them about the issue. Also told them that i felt it was very unsafe for me to ride to the svc on these tyres. They passed on the details of the tvs engineer who after checking the tyre gave me the details of the dealer and a report stating type of defect and wear % (for cutting depreciation cost). Tyre wear was around 10% after 7k km

according to some recent PMs with spatil1986 , i dont think the dealer is agreeing to trade the eurogrips with PSD, but no harm in trying talk to some other dealers and see where you will get the best trade back price

Address of the dealer, but dont have his number..

It could be that the springs may have lost the tension or the oil has to be changed. The forks have to be checked to know what the issue is.

Did you happen to check air pressure in the front tyre?

Thanks...i dont think its due to air pressure....it has something to do with the forks..... front part gives so spongy feeling that sometimes i feel like there is nothing below the handle bar...

Now a days normally HID projects comes with Hi-Low pattern.
Single HID project can range from 2.5-3.5K

Be sure to select right size of HID projector sizes.

what is the battery capacity in NS200 ?

Hmm, in that case I would suggest to go to svc and get the forks checked. Don't wait for next service schedule. Waiting until the next service could lead to other problems.
If the manual says to replace fork oil and that was not done, you should get it done. Coerce them if they don't do it.
