Hmm... I was hoping this to be an issue just for me. That way I can go scream at Bajaj peopleOriginally posted by Harsh Rider View PostI am facing the same problem, it is happening most of the time when i start the bike in mornings dont know what to do ??
??
. Guess we have to stick to choke start everyday!
This what I do every afternoon when I start my bike. Pull the choke let it run for 20-30 secs then this issue goes away.

Yes once its warmed up its above 1500. So is it still lean? I will get it re-tuned for the first service.Originally posted by rahuldevnath View PostYour Air Fuel Ratio seems to be "too" lean. The Idle RPM is fine, for the first start of the day, but once engine is warmed up, it should be not less than 1500.

Yes once the engine is warm it never stalls! But the morning starts are killing me!Originally posted by twinblades View PostIt probably a cold start issue. After using the bike for some time, if you start the bike when engine is still warm. it would not stall. Try it out and check if what i said is correct.

Another issue. Horn stopped working all of a sudden
Oil indicator blinks in between. Problem started after 60km on odo.

Yes, it seems lot of bikes are coming AFR turned to lean. No an issue, but first starts will be a problem. If you can't wait till the first SVC, just go to any SVC centre, and firmly ask them to adjust the CO%. Most probably they will try to say "we will do it at first service" or "this is normal" etc, but a richer ratio is always better than leaner. What's the mileage are you getting now?Originally posted by CrashOverride2786 View PostYes once its warmed up its above 1500. So is it still lean? I will get it re-tuned for the first service.

Fired a complaint to Bajaj Customer Care again.. Manager calls me up.. to say.. Main hoon na.. Why didn`t you tell me.. the usual nice stuff they make up.. I mean.. that complain works all the time.. The same manager who told me.. that delivery would take more than a week last Thursday.. Because of the RTO procedure, documentation, E challan.. blah.. blah.. Now calls me up to say.. Sir.. you can take your bike delivery Wednesday evening.. Bajaj Customer care rocks

@ChennaiNSians: I was asked to pay a flag day fee of Rs.100.. did your dealer ask the same from you as well??.. Else, my hands are itching to write another complaint mail to Bajaj Customer care..!!sigpic
