Re: Pulsar 200 NS
IMO yellow looks exactly like bumblebee from transformer series and nothing's wrong with that! Blue colour looks fresh and sober.... While in black in 1st glance it looks tad a bit like P135.... Red hmmmm.... no views on that!!Originally posted by princesirohi View PostWhy nobody.is suggesting yellow. Any specific reason..??

Re: Pulsar 200 NS
I followed my heart and decided on a yellow the moment I saw it on 30.01.2012 at the launch! Yes yellow has many takers because of its hatt ke color (I cant recall any Indian bike with such an off beat color and still looker.Originally posted by princesirohi View Postthanks... anybody using higher wattage HID.
going tommorrow for downpayment. i am not suddenly more inclined towards yellow, anybody wanna give some friendly suggestions regarding colour.
Im not really fond of black because it gives away the dual-tone. I dint like red (personal opinion, no offence). The next best to yellow for me is blue...simple elegant and kinda low profile.
The yellow one is a screaming color which is an eyeball magnet. Easier to maintain as dust isnt very much visible (doesnt mean one shouldnt clean his bike).

Re: Pulsar 200 NS
What will be the consequences when we use 40 grade engine oil in our NS??
pros & cons.
I know, no one know about NS better than Bajaj engineers. Still waiting your opinions
Anyone using below 50 grade?
New-gen Japanese bikes recommend 30 Grade, I heard.
Is high rev bikes like 150r or R15 is creating less heat than NS?
I don't think so. because, I am sparingly using both of it
& I feels NS emitting lesser heat than my old Unicorn
; after hard ripping or normal ride
One more thing. My radiator fan worked only few times which can be counted by a single hand
I will touch 110-120 KMPh many times every day. Surely no traffic jams are here
I love to ride anonymously. So I picked up cherry black colour. Yellow is eye catchy, Blue is cool. i haven't seen any other coloursOriginally posted by myth2104 View PostI followed my heart and decided on a yellow the moment I saw it on 30.01.2012 at the launch! Re: Pulsar 200 NS
Firstly, my question to you: Why do you want to put in xW40 instead of xW50 (recommended) in your NS???Originally posted by spknair View PostWhat will be the consequences when we use 40 grade engine oil in our NS??

Secondly, consider engine oil = BLOOD and engine oil Grade (xxW50)= BLOOD GROUP.. Now you do the math and it'll answer your question for sure..

Re: Pulsar 200 NS
Ok,most people would agree with the fact that the yellow NS is an attention magnet. Black and yellow actually provide the highest contrast visible to the human eye. Needless to say,it catches the eye of not just its admirers, but also the...er.."not so agreeable" folk. Even my black NS has been subject to their spiteful torture. Now,blue is a very soothing colour to look at and the finish on the NS is really nice. I'd have gone for blue if I didn't want a bit more discreet colour( which, incidentally, failed to work because of the fact that I wear riding gear while riding, and my green rim stripes. Dammit. ) Red on the NS is not the brilliant cocktail red colour used on the Pulsar 200s and 220s. Before the crappy two tone design came out, that is. So,yeah. My recommendation would be to go for blue if you want a nice enough looking bike (Also, since you're getting the NS temporarily) or black.Originally posted by princesirohi View PostWhy nobody.is suggesting yellow. Just to clarify my doubts
I want to know, what is the difference between Japanese bikes & Indian bike.
Others recommend lower grade oil while Bajaj recommends higher grade oil.
Higher grade means, viscosity under higher temperature, right? Correct me, if I am wrong.
I had read almost all threads about engine oils. Then the question arises.....
It may be useful info to all, who are novices about bike engine, like me.

No, you are wrong........ (also my thoughts
)
Our NS is head-turntable in spite of any colour, due to its design
