If we lower, the speedo will show you more than original speed & vice-verso

Haha !! spknair and Karthi.N I you guys really didn't get the pun intended behind the tagged "KABOOM". I really thought someone would be quirky to give the thing I wanted, but all of them gave the tech spec as opposed to what I really wanted. Well, then let's forget it.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Actually I think I didn't lock it properly and then going on the bumpy roads I lost it. I only noticed it after reaching home and I did go looking for it but could not find it.

If pilot lamps are on, everything(meter back light and switches) work.

                      Ride safe, ride hard.
may be due to different riding style. Sudden accelerations and breaking are common during my ride.
I couldn't think it will last more than 2K kms
As you said I am a safe rider but, will make use of the maximum from our power machine

Have you opened the front fairing?
the headlight connections may become loose. Open it. tighten the socket ( I had the similar issue before)
                      or
                      maybe by washing
                      just wait for one day

I have always feared of losing my rear seat. I have a habit of groping with my left hand just to check if the seat is still there, while on the road. Funny!!

And I happened to do the 3rd service a week ago, only to ride it back into the dirt and mud and rain. All the problems are still there. Some got even worse. The rise and fall in the engine between 3500 and 4000 rpm is evident as ever and not to mention the small thump-thump in 5th and 6th gear. Now I have to take it to the main service centre. The unrelenting rains are delaying this.

well PSD's are not available at all in the stock sizes for NS, checked Pirelli MT75 yesterday, but was not impressed, the rubber was quite hard and land-sea ratio was not good for wet roads.

yes, let is rest for a couple of hours and operated the light switch some 30-40 times, and everything started to work normally. maybe it was due to water from wash, or water since last three days my bike was parked in open during heavy rains (office parking is not covered.)

the flash button is also not working freely and getting struck pressed.

but still this should not happen, may be .. its a pulsar afterall... he he...guess a can of WD-40 will do the trick.

after properly breaking-in, now tyres are giving acceptable level of grip, not the best, but workable, but more than tyres i think it is the hard rear suspension, due to which tyre is not tracking true

The grip has improved considerably but PSD are not radial tyres, are very heavy as compared to stock tyres therefore there is a reduction in mileage and acceleration, not huge but still.

My next change would be duke's stock tyres Revz FC and REVZ C as I find them good enough on my friends duke and they are cheaper as compared to PSD.

If you are into very spirited riding only then go for PSD otherwise go for MRF REVZ S/C for rear and zapper fx or Revz fc for front. They will offer great grip along with good mileage and acceleration.

                            Hope it helps.

Well i don't think you can lose it if you lock it properly. These were some really bad roads, and I was preoccupied with some stuff so forgot to check the seat before leaving and that's when this happened. :/
