Actually first I explained him what I want to do then he said that they normally charge 80 bucks for Rim tape and will do whatever I want in 150 bucks that was the deal
but later on I added that 200NS stickers on it so gave him 50 bucks extra for that 8 200ns logos

Now about design there is no as such symmetrical pattern still it looks good
actually the idea is quite simple there is black radium over yellow

It does get stuck and its causing havoc for me.the blinker gets activated on its own and i have to switch it off every now and then getting yelled at by passing bikers.

Had a problem with the pass switch getting stuck too,it wudnt release back.

I ended up opening up the left switch assembly and applying grease spray on the indicator switch and pass switch a couple of days ago. Both going fine as of now.

My idea: Revz-c for the rear and I too am confused about the front. Remember seeing somewhere that FZ's front will do.
Cornering with NS is a bit easier than Duke's thanks to the smaller rear tyre. A grippy tyre of the same size will make it even better. That's the reason Bajaj gave a 130 to NS. But I'm going for the 150 coz I like to see a big tyre at the rear which doesn't hamper the handling too much, and cornering isn't too big a priority for me. Straightline stability (I believe) would be better with the revz-c. Thinking on those lines, the handling will go completely off course if I used the CBR250's flat-profile rear tyre.
I had the same idea mate, but the Revz is still no good, atleast for me,swapped a revz rear tyre with a friend( 1 month old) and my bike was still sliding all over the place swapped back immediately didnt feel like a worthy upgrade to spend money on

My headlight switch became hard to operate, thanks to monsoon.
No problem with pass light or indicators switches; until today..

              • Want to change colour - Any ideas?

I want to change the entire colour of Pulsar 200 NS (Red beast - Registered 17,Aug 2012) to Blue or Black. A set of Tank cover plastics and tail plastic gizmos. Would anyone know how much it would cost and Is that legal?

Interesting... why did you buy the Red one in the first place... you could have bought the Blue or the Black one and could have saved the cash that you now want to invest on changing the color in some meaningful mods like a slip-on, Projector, lighter and adjustable levers, Steel Braided Brake line etc

If I have bought the Blue/Black one, Now I would have asked you the same question interchanging the colour's place in the question. Just bored seeing the same colour, I plan to keep my red colour plastics untouched so that I could use them after a year

Actually got a bit of a cash from my dad and decided to spend in on my bike now. Planning to adjustable levers as well. Do you suggest a Steel braided brake line? Is the necessary?

Suggest me other mods as well and provide me the links of related threads.

Ya dude.. Just don't baby sit the bike, shift at 5k rpm and keep it below 6k rpm and keep varying rpm continuously.. Dont accelerate or decelerate suddenly and give short bursts to higher rpm atleast once a day... Whatever you do, dont lug the engine... Happy riding

                            Hi guys,

Took delivery of a Black NS a couple of days back. I have a couple of questions for the other NS ians. Please help me out.

                            1. What's the recommended petrol for NS? Speed, Shell Super Unleaded, Xtra Premium?
                            2. There is a creaking sound coming from the front disk in low RPMs. What might be the problem in a new bike?

Showroom person told me that it's not illegal. It can be done for 4k bucks, we can change to any colour we want. We just have to inform the RTO.

Petrol is notmal petrol- no need of any special petrol like speed.

Creaking sound from disk may be due to dirt trapped or maybe because it is new.

Hmmnn... My front suspension sometimes makes puch puuchh sound when it gets wet.

Slip on ? exhaust u mean ? does it not make NS sound so loud that your ears may explode. I recently spotted one myself and man I've never heard a louder exhaust sound than it. It was crazy loud even though that NS was about 100-150 meters away from me, and the rider was redlining it.. now imagine lol.
