i too feel the same thing. i feel that while riding straight always my bike's handle bar is tilted little towards right as if front right fork is little lower than left and while turning towards right a little fast above 40 it feels as if rear of bike while slip towards left. basically stablity has gone to hell. Got both my front shocks filled, Chain set replaced only rear shocker left to replace. Bajaj SVC guys cannot find any problem. Please help. Suggest Some mechanic in ghaziabad.

What were the charges for fork service? You only refilled the fork oil or replaced the springs also?

I got only fork oil refilled, charges were around 700 800 for both .

Ok,So I paid attention to counter steering and found that the bike goes as expected smoothly. So does it mean my forks are absolutely fine ( no bent or misalignment ) ? If so, what else could be the issue?

So do you find any difference ? One thing I forgot to mention and in common with you is that even my rear monoshock is leaking. So this could be the cause for rear tyre skidding?

If handle bar movement is fine and the motorcycle counter steers well then it is highly unlikely that the front end is to be blamed.

Ride in a straight line and observe rear tire wear to determine if the swing-arm is aligned properly or not.

I didn't find any difference. No body here is responding despite being such a big forum, monoshock could be issue or some other thing might be also.

thanks! Handle bar movement is not fine, it doesn't feel full free, cone set needs replacement i guess as my current cone set was over-tightened and i rode it like it for 5-6 months. Now if i loosen it a little it makes tak-tak noise and if tighten, handle is not fully free.
Also how do I determine swing-arm alignment?

I also want to ask how to determine swing arm alignment and my handle bar too makes kat Kat sound on hard front braking.

I would suggest you be present when the cone set is replaced, inspect the groves to see whether there are any cuts that cause the bearings to not work efficiently.

Returning from a 3 day ride to Pondicherry and back I was a bit aggressive on the broken roads as a result of which my co-rider also started belting his NS200 and a short while later his handle started to lock to one side while going through every alternative rut, the issue was later diagnosed to be due to the bearing guide deforming under load causing the bearing to lock at times when under load.

My understanding is that the reason for the NS's front end going off is due to braking before hitting rough patches, whereas in my case you can see me take my weight of the motorcycle and go in head on without braking, the front wheel takes a big hit but is fine due to the suspension travel not being compromised due to undue braking.

Also how do I determine swing-arm alignment?
Observe your tire wear, chicken strips on both ends should be of equal width if it is off then that would mean that the rear tire is misaligned.

Chicken strips are a little more towards right.

Whats the name for this bearing guide part? Will try to replace this too. My last cone set was cracked due to mis-fitment by local mechanic. So could be possible some other related parts are damaged too. So would like to get them replaced too while putting new cone set now.

Any other technical way than measuring chicken strips as to measure exactly will be difficult due to uneven contact patch marks due to uneven roads. Will try it though.

I don't think its only the issue of cone set, probably rear mono shock and swing arm alignment. But why the hell do bajaj svc guys say everything is okay.

Not sure if it has a name it is part of the chassis and cannot be replaced as such, my co-rider had to get his fixed at the lathe.

And if I start revving to redline right after 1000 km, will I face any problem in later stages?
of course u will face problems afterwords.
Bajaj takes precautions as per all company bike manufacturer but workmanship is totally dependent on human errors . so to increase engine life they have double run in process of 2000km
