Thanks.... Actually mine is euro grip ones... But already got punctured like 3 times... :banghead:
By up sizing the rear tyre, will there be any damage to the sprockets???
BTW does our alloys support tubeless tyres....??

No i never heard of that upsizing wont damage your sprockets i think.many of 125ST owners changed to 100/90-17 and they are doing fine.

does our alloys support tubeless tyres....??

I am also bit confused with this TL tyres some say we can fit but none of them in this thread have posted their experince.

I too have decided to change my stock tyres for better grip and stability,my bike came with Kenda tyres worst tyres havent got any punctures but it easily skids.
How frequent do you check the tyre pressure with euro tyres you need to check and fill it if needed for every 1week to 15 days otherwise these punctures are not going to stop.

Finally i upgraded to CEAT VERTIGO SPORT 100/90 R-17 Tubeless tyre its a direct fit.Straight line stability got improved need to test it on different conditions and will update my status and the bike's view is nice from back my kenda tyres which i get rid of for 400rs in exchange off new tyres and it costed me
        Rs 1600 (1850(Tyre)+100(for valve)+50(service charge)-400(for kenda tyres)=Rs 1600).

Heard some negative reviews on Zapper c and nearby my place only zapper c type are available. If u can get other than this i.e zapper Q u can go for it. Heard +ve reviews on CEAT vertigo sport and i opt for this because of only reason that at my place road are the worst part and most of the road are muddy and gravel so this button type thread suits it.if u travel mostly in city better go for mrf zapper Q other wise CEAT will give optimum performance in both off road and on road conditions.

I think meteor comes in soft compound if so the grip will be very good far better than any of hard compound (i.e CEAT vertigo,Zapper series) but on the other side it has some disadvantages thread will wore out fast and as of my research they are more prone to punctures will last about 10k-15k if your travel is mostly on very good roads you can go for it.(once check it out is it hard compound or soft)

I thought the meteor series were hard compound and the zapper series were soft compound... By the way is there any alternative to front tyre other than zapper FS from MRF?? How are pilot sporties??

No i think Zapper series comes in hard compound and medium compound(100/90 medium compound type not available i think).if you want to go for soft compound michelin are the best, but heard that it wears out very quickly.
I have thought of changing my front tyre as well to CEAT SECURA ZOOM TL and asked the dealer about it but he said why to waste the new tyre(i mean kenda tyre),rear tyre is the one which will
effect the stability so he suggest me to change only rear tyre.

I removed some of the stickers from my bike. This bike has a great design. However, those too many stickers were giving me an eyesore. Tank has awesome muscular shape, but it gets bogged down by overdone graphics. Even tail portion and side panels are great but same thing there too. So I had enough and tore those extra graphics.
Here are the pics. Let me know how you think of this look,

I never liked the sound of the original horn. Today I spotted the Roots Smartone horn at my usual car accessories place and bought it. MRP is 528 on the pack but i got it for 375.
The horn is about a cm extra in diameter and the mounting strip provided is a bit short. So I mounted the new horn on the original mounting strip. Due to extra diameter, it is also touching the silencer, so had to mount it on the opposite side.
Better late by 30 minutes than early by 30 years.

Sticker at visor area and at side panels can easily be removed. Just use your nails to peel out a small portion, then slowly remove entire sticker. Make no hurry as if sticker comes off in pieces it will be a lot of headache. You will then be left with a lot of sticker stain. Apply wax polish or little oil and start rubbing with a cloth. After a lot of efforts sticker stain will be gone for sure.
Removing tank sticker is a bit technical. Inspect sticker closely, you can see that sticker has been covered with teflon coating. Take a sharp blade and rupture the coating at the edge of sticker. Put just enough pressure that tears the coating but doesn't touch the tank. Once you rupture the coating, just use your nails to peel off a small portion of cover. Now slowly start peeling entire sticker. This one is very sticky so you must be patient. Use both hands and peel the sticker off evenly. If everything goes well sticker will come off entirely and won't even leave sticker stain.
                              =====Now here's a disclaimer=====
I took a risk by tearing off these stickers. If you do it wrong, you will have to use ugly and painfully slow methods to rip off sticker pieces. So be very careful. Use blade to the minimum, with the stickers off scratches can litrelly stare at you.

Once you are done, share your pics
