Hi Sparky...Welcome to the group buddy. Remember me? You and me had got Duke 200 around same time and we had good discussion on that thread. Well, you are right about the Ninja 300.
I was one of those guys earlier who would turn away from a bike if the price seemed to high for me. However, after years of owning VFM bikes, I realised that peace of mind too is important and is hard to get by.
I got the Ninja, and I have never been so much at peace with myself regarding my bike.
You are right when you say Ninja 300 does not need to be revved high to be enjoyed, unlike its 250 cc version. A lot of people even today tell me that 300 needs 7000 rpm to be fun. I can understand, all this is coming from their experience on the 250. Yes, 300 is explosive after 7000 rpm, however, it is no longer lazy below that.
The ride-ability and tractability of this motor is to be experienced to be believed.

It's simple logic. Invest more upfront and you don't need to spend recurring costs. Invest less initially and you are bound to incur costs quite regularly.
I have been watching N300 videos on youtube very diligently and I can say that N300 is absolutely a stunner in terms of performance. N250 has been leading the Quarter Litre class for years and N300 is proving to be a very good successor indeed. Pray for me so that I can become a member to this ownership thread :P

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
If you want to actually stop the small pebbles, you should go for fender extender, as it will totally elliminate the small pebbles/muck being thrown on radiator. Radiator guard will just take care of big pebbles. Small pebbles and muck will still go in radiator.Motorcycling heals, big time...

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Fender extender just takes away the looks of the bike. A suitable one is very hard to find. Those who made DIY ones had the problem of extender falling off in heavy rains. And I just dont want to drill my mudguard.Originally posted by ynike99 View PostIf you want to actually stop the small pebbles, you should go for fender extender, as it will totally elliminate the small pebbles/muck being thrown on radiator. Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
You can try to retrofit the fender extender of duke/RC. Just ₹400. Doesn't look all that bad.Originally posted by ynike99 View Post

What are you guys paying for 0-Dep insurance? Mine just got hiked by Rs.750 compared to when I booked.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
I tried that. Its 3.5k including their tax and handling charge and shipping extra . Moreover it sticks on double side tape.Originally posted by ynike99 View Post
Thats the first thing I Tried . Wont fit . If fitted , will look odd . Its too huge for Ninjas mudguard. Will look out of proportion.Originally posted by wallpapers123 View PostYou can try to retrofit the fender extender of duke/RC. Just ₹400. Doesn't look all that bad.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Hi All,
I'm planning to go upgrade my 2011 Yamaha YZF R15 to N300. I have been to a Kawasaki dealer yesterday and got quotation for the bike.
Does any one has information about the Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS launch in India? I have checked with the dealer and he says it will never launch in India. Any of you has any info on this?"As long as there's a horizon and I can see it, then I want to know what's there, mentally, physically and visually" - rtwpaul

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
There is no official word about ABS model launch in India and Japanese manufactures are very very secretive about their plans. It may launch tomorrow, next year or may be never, no one can predict. Ninja is a WonderOriginally posted by chiyaanchinnu View PostHi All,
