When bike is producing khat khat sound while driving, specially at slow speed 10-20 (or may be I'm able to hear it at slow speed only). Even when bike is off and I push it forward then also I can hear khat khat sound but when I'm pushing it backward there is no sound.
Have you guys faced this issue or know why this is happening ?
You have company, you are not alone

I faced the exact same thing, cleaned, lubed and adjusted chain and it went off for sometime and now its back! Thinking whether to take it to SVC this time or try cleaning again.

EDIT : Googling says the main reasons are too tight chain, too much gunk near front sprocket or the chain/sprocket is worn out. Mine has run just 4k kms so it should be the first two.

Happens on Karizmas too. The culprit? Dirty front sprocket.

shootingstar-get the rear wheel alignment done-your chain run most probably will be not be straight-this causes the khat khat when the tauter part of the chain links runs over the front sprocket and they are realigned on the smaller sprocket-yeah cleaning the sprocket also helps but proper chain alignment is the best bet-on any motorcycle.

Below tire is Michelin Pliot Street Radial 140/70 on KTM 200.
See the increase in the sidewall height. The ride might be bumpy but some protection to RIMS :P.

My bike is finally back after 3 days at SVC.
It was jerking at around 5000RPM when accelerated. The culprit identified was adulterated petrol. Whole Tank, fuel filter were cleaned.
            Now, there is no problem.

How much did it cost. And also how's the grip. There is a difference in the profile.

Not my bike, not my tire

                    Prices are varying between 5200-6000.

As per the reviews over internet, good grip in wet too, but cant outclass Metzlers. But the build structure is same as Metzlers.

I had the same issue last month. Its due to dirty front sprocket. Get it cleaned.

I did my second service on saturday and wanted to use 300V. But the SVC refused saying it will void the warranty. This is ridiculous. Is your warranty voided?
I plan to write to KTM about this.
