I believe that it is best to stick to stock size, to avoid any kind of adverse handling issues.

Apart from handling...ABS may behave weirdly and speedometer reading may have some error, so its better to stick to stock size

Hey guys. Just a small query, and forgive me if it's already mentioned here.

Just wanted to know, are there any aftermarket slipons like Leo Vince or Akrapovic for the Duke 390. KTM PowerParts do offer a slip on. Would love to get hands down insights into the performance if anyone has used any of these two exhausts, price, and where to buy.

Performance Racing Store is the official Akra distributor for India, but their website doesn't include the one for 390.

Any thoughts on the slip on, price, and where to buy would be highly appreciated.

Not sure how much it helps but I had the same issue on my rtr . It occured coz I used to really go full throttle with a heavy pillion (pillion kills a rtr) and other misuse :P .... the cam "heads" were changed ... these are the ones which time the pistons moving I believe.... replaced it for 1000 bucks on my rtr ... since then peoblem vanished ..

Akrapovic is not available. Ktm reserves the right to sell akrapovic for their bikes. So it will be made available as a power part some time. As it is in uk and all.

HELP!! HELP!!! HELP!!!!

last night, while riding home from work, i could hear some additional noise coming from the front wheel area, as if something is stuck in the wheel and making noise with each revolution. stopped to inspect but could not see anything as it was 9 pm with less ambient light. slowly rode to home and inspected the bike. Found the front fork right side seal busted FOR THE SECOND TIME in 6k kms. The same form seal was busted at around 3k kms last and the seal was replaced at autoservice, banashankri, bangalore. Now its happened again. i have been mostly riding on good roads, without any incident of hitting potholes/ humps at higher speeds.

I dont want to get the seal replaced again, but want to press for the entire right side USD fork replacement under warranty, as replacing just the seal may break again.
please help with a PM on any contact numbers of KTM area service representative/ mail ids/ process to make noise about this dual fork busting incident, to get a replacement.

PS. had to use car today to get to office and it look 12 extra minutes to cover the same 22 kms.
