Saw the video. I'm shit excited man! Can't wait for january when I'll book the bike!

"The power to weight ratio of the Duke 390 is same as that of the 2013 Aston Martin V12!"

Now I really don't give a damn about thr small fuel tank. I want this bike and that's it!

Btw, the review says that the bike has starting issues when it's warm. But cold starts are perfectly fine. Any owners facing the same thing?

I did not had any starting issues till now on my 390. Showroom instructed to keep the engine in idle for 2-3 minutes during the first start of the day and press the starter for atleast 4-5 seconds till the engine comes to life and DO NOT twist the throttle while doing so.

I turn off the engine at traffic lights or while in heavy traffic, it starts without any trouble after that.

I want to show you guys the coolant level and oil level with which bike was delivered to me. Speaks a lot about pre-delivery inspection. Although i haven't got low oil pressure warning. And yes the bike was upright and not on side stand when i took the pics.

I got mine on Wednesday from Indiranagar. Total 18 were delivered. Each 6 first bookings from Indiranagar, Langford and other (don't know where). An awesome machine. Nothing more to say......

I am not sure if this is the right time to discuss this but from what I understand, the showroom before PDI & delivery are replacing the radiator fan and ECU. The fan blows the air the other way around and the ECU fixes the startup problem. I am just hoping that the new ECU is not compromising performance or detuning anything!

Relax dude... quite a no. of xbhpians have got their bike and none have reported the starting problem. It also doesn' make sense to remap the ecu for lower performance. enjoy the reviewa of others till you get your own bike. cheers

I was only hoping it doesnt. However, the ECU and fan being replaced is a confirmed news. The showroom does it before delivery.

No, it is not so senseless that bajaj MIGHT have done some detuning as the heating on the bike (as far as my TD experience) is not so subtle, but praying the new gods and the old gods that this wont be the case fingers crossed.
And also any news from delhi dealers when the deliveries are going to commence, seeing all the action in blore and chennai nothing pains me more being a southie living in delhi SIGH.
