Hey.. Nope, I don't have any clue about the deliveries from the Adyar showroom.. The Mogappair showroom was opened in July.. I was the first one to book there..Originally posted by Riken View PostHey Venky, any idea about the deliveries from the Adyar store? I had booked mine on 28th June... Lol, check with the showroom manager.. don't ask the sales guys.. I booked mine on 15th July (same day when the showroom was opened). So mine will be the first bike delivered from that showroom.. :POriginally posted by pkd View PostThis is interesting news. The Adyar showroom has no info as usual. ... I had booked mine on 28th June. Tried booking it over phone on 26th but they needed the booking amount. Asked them if they wanted full payment so that they can shift me up in the list but they didn't. I was 46th in the list to book within 2 days since the booking opened. Called them 2 weeks back to ask if my booking no. has improved. Infact it did to 29th, with some cancellations. Hope my no. has improved just a lil bit more. Shall call them this saturday to ask about it. What's your booking no.? Booked it from Adyar?

I was on a work trip and booked on the 1st of July. Booking number is 31 now and I don't think it will slip. I was one of the guys who lifted the covers of the first display bike in Adyar which is when they announce the new showrooms opening. I had ready booked by then. Alas

Lol, I know.. I was actually there in adyar showroom around the 1st week of July to book the bike, that's when I met some ppl from the Mogappair showroom who were there in adyar to collect some stuff.. I got talking with them and learnt that they were opening the showroom on 15th.. so went on that day and booked immediately after the inauguration..Originally posted by Riken View PostLol

Re: KTM 390 - The original Hooligan - Ownership Thread
Riazmomin, if the fan blows the other way around, all you have going through the radiator is hot air from the engine. I wonder how efficient the cooling would be in that case....Originally posted by riazmomin View Post
3. The radiator fan turns in opposite direction in traffic i.e. it will push the air ahead of the bike instead of towrads the rider. Thats clever solution. On highways it will work as usual (if raditor fan is required)

I dont think that fan is so powerful that it will pump the hot air from the engine towards radiator. That fan is blowing into the radiator.Originally posted by sachin.s.savur View PostRiazmomin, if the fan blows the other way around, all you have going through the radiator is hot air from the engine. Fixed over the fan or radiator, don't know clearly. Asked the mech to inform me about the part and function of the accessory.

Yup, even I got mine changed yesterday, now it blows the other way, quite helpful in bumper to bumper traffic.

Re: KTM 390 - The original Hooligan - Ownership Thread
Mind sharing a picture please? Maybe cos it's so late or maybe I'm just plain daft, but can't seem to get my head around this change. Unless they've got an intake pulling air from the front/sides and feeding it into the fan blowing it out, can't seem to think of a solution. No small wonder I'm not an engineer at KTMOriginally posted by nomad View PostYup, even I got mine changed yesterday, now it blows the other way, quite helpful in bumper to bumper traffic.

abhifusion The paddock stand looks really nice. Do a rough calculation on shipping. It's going to attract a lot of attention if you price it well.
