Dude its an old Hindi song I posted. But you have a point. We should stick to English for others non Hindi speaking members sake.

I'll keep this in mind in the future and sorry for inconvenience.
Btw here's the link for the song

Lol..!! Triangle type sign.!! That is a caution indicator. Could mean anything from side stand down, low fuel level, or high coolant temp.!!!
Didn't you see the message displayed on the center console.??

Damn it my iPhone sent it again.!!!

            1. check fan relay. interchange with other relay and see. if not maybe radiator assembly will be changed under warranty.

            2. loose connection... heard that setting it as required is hard...

              hi guys

finally i have read all the 499 pages of this thread. I am new here and looking to buy duke 200 or 390. Earlier i was reading 200 thread. But after reading that thread i decided to go for 390 instead. Everytime i read about some problem my heart went oh noo this problem. but as soon as some member post it's solution i was happy again and my decision to buy 390 strengthens more. Thank you for all your valuable feedback/comments and soon i'll be owning this bike.

1.would it be better to try it myself or going to service station?

                2. Where to find the connection?

Not sure on the first one, but the 2nd one required the faring to be removed as well. In this same thread, someone had complained about the lighting and it took 2 hrs for the ppl at the SVC to rectify. So better take it to the SVC and get it checked out.

The triangle sign is a hazzard warning sign which is meant to indicate if anything is wrong with your bike.

Ideally the triangle should turn off when you retract the side stand but it also indicates if your vehicle is in reserve. But if you have fuel and have retracted side stand and the light stays on then there is something wrong in which case there should be an error code displayed on your speedometer.

The idle rpm is set at 2k rpm by the company and its normal. But exactly how much play does the clutch have? Based on that I could tell you if you need to set it.

Also you said the bike has only run 200kms. Is that right? If so then the bike is in run in period and is therefore gonna be a bit rough. After 5000kms it should become a lot smoother. All dukes and Rc bikes are rough until second service but you should notice a change by about 3000kms.

Also you can safely ride at 5000-6000rpm during run in which in all 6 gears should be at 110kmph. But take care not to exceed 6000rpm for initial 1000kms for longer engine life and a smoother ride.

                    Cheers

The triangle with a ! is a warning, if that is lit up, then you will see a corresponding warning on the display. As other mentioned, it could be low fuel, side stand down, high coolant temp etc.. - Please read the manual. It will be explained clearly.
Clutch lever should have play - again the recommended 'play' is defined in the manual.
the speed limit mentioned by the svc is on the cautious side.. ideally they would have set the shift indicator (the red light on the top of the console) to a specific rpm, i think 5000rpm it starts blinking and 7500rpm it stays up constant. Just ensure in whatever gear you are, the red light doesn't stay on. You could easily cross 100kmph on the 6th gear without any issues. But again be cautious.

The radiator fan will work only above a certain temperature. It comes on at 89.5 C for the D200 . Ideally they should have checked this at the PDI. My D200 was connected to the diagnostic tool and left to idle for a few minutes. They showed me the temp reading at 89.5 when the radiator fan came on, and once the temp fell below 89.5 it shut off.
High beam flicker, get it checked at the service center.could be bad grounding or lose contact. Compare with another bike.

I know this but I was getting high coolant temperature warning on my bike and engine stopped automatically, at that time radiator fan was not working

You better take it to the svc. fiddling around these bikes if you are unfamiliar will end up with more damage. watch the svc guys do it and then later on you can diy.

Ok, so RUSH to the svc. If you know to check and replace the correct fuse (again mentioned in the manual) you could give it a try.
Again a fuse blowing frequently could mean some other issue in the electricals.

Something weird happened.. I just fired my bike to check the fan and it is now working and seems like this has been rectified on its own.. But high beam still flickering.... I will go to svc tomorrow and tell them there is something wrong with electronics in the bike
