Ezil, backfires are almost usually caused by lean mixture, not rich mixture, rich mixture, lean mixture, the EFI system will automatically correct itself, slight backfire is common. But if you experience them persistently to the extent every moment it backfires the moment you decelerate, you might have to diagnose your EFI system with the diagnostics tool to get it rectified or whatever the case may be.

Sometimes adulterated fuel too causes uneven fluctuation in RPM, as one of our buddy, Krish experienced this problem (Thanks for the info Krish)

But then, again, mixture won't affect the performance low down, but top end might be slightly sluggish due to the same mixture, do get it rectified.

I've been waiting for the rear Metzlers for a couple of weeks now.The service center guys are clueless when the stock will arrive here in Bangalore.Anyone else facing availability issues?

Since you are already waiting, try connecting with Pune folks. KTM Baner will most likely have an answer (& it may a negative also

).
If you get a 'yes', I guess it'll arrive before the Bangy guys get clues about arrival of new stock.

I hope you know they are no more available in KTM SVC, now you can only buy them through authorised dealers selling metzellers in India. Thats the latest intel on tires.

No exhaust (alone) in the world would bump the power >10%.

Hi guys done with second service bike feels more smoother after the second service one minor issue is the squeaking noise from the front brakes only comes when the brakes are applied lightly if I put more pressure , their is no noise .

The svc guys said that its normal issue they cleaned the pads it was fine after a few kms its back are any of you guys facing same issue.

Other than that the bike is awesome.

the brake pads are not the culprit.. it can be the piston needs some cleaning.. happened with my ZMR front disc once, after cleaning the piston the sound stopped..

Yes 75k not 7.5 its made of Titanium and carbon fiber. And its official not like the cheap aftermarket once.
