    1. Ya bike is behaving absolutely normal it doesn't have any problems. If there is any problem with radiator fan then MID will show high coolant temperature and bike will automatically stall.

    2. I don't think there will be any problem but next time don't forget to lock the tank cap properly

    3. Take out tool box from the bike and there's one key type tool ( don't know exact name )which is used for taking out most of the bolts and removing tyre hugger is a 5 minute job.

    4. Regarding svc centres and motul dealers I don't live at pune so at that point fellow Pune xbhpians can guide you.

    Ride safe 😀

Had a power cut, had nothing to do. So went straight to the bike and just started to check if everything's fine. Everything was except this.

Found this dangling around, IDK what that is, it's on the left side of bike. Any thoughts on this?

Also there's some kinda a buzzing noise like when something is loose. Isn't causing any problems, but I suspect it to be the engine spoiler but the noise comes from around the engine area.

        Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Over flow pipe. But again this is my guess coz it looks like one.

Fuel drain pipe is for giving out excess fuel when it overflows right? So if it has that function shouldnt it be like that?

What do you call a biker who does not wear a helmet? An organ donor.

nothing to worry. that's the fuel over flow pipe from the tank that dangles just above the radiator on the left had side.
it originates from the left side of the fuel filler cap area (it is not located 'inside' the tank). sometimes when you over fill the tank or water enters the 'neck' area near the filler, it drains out thru this pipe.

The noise may come from tank cap,so please open the lid and clean the key inserting area so the rubber can grip the lid,and that pipe is mounted on small hook under tank cover check other Duke for proper place

                          Hi friends,
I recently bought a duke 390. Did a long ride of 329 kms in the first week itself. Observed few problems (don't know if it's only with me or not)
1.In the 1st and 2 gear the bike sometimes give low fuel like jerks. Don't know if it's a fuel issue? (Am sub inspector in police and due to my place of posting filling up it with premium petrol each time becomes somewhat difficult, but I tank it up with adviced RON rating fuel)
                          2. Sometimes when going over a bump it seems that something is hitting the bumps. Even after thorough checking was unable to find the problem.
Rest every thing is just beautiful about this bike, just a marvellous piece of engineering.

                          Ride safe.Cheers!

                            Hello,

Congrats on your new purchase [emoji322] [emoji323] ☺

Same here. I also bought the bike and completed around 300kms. Low fuel like jerks are noticeably around 2-3 rpm. May be this should solve after first servicing.

Regarding noise on bumps. I assume its tyre hugger touching chain cover on bump. Same is being experienced by me.

& A regular fuel can be used. 90% use normal petrol. So no issues.

                            Once again congratulations. Ride Safe.

                            Guys I am bit worried.

Did a mileage check. Filled to thr brim. And rode around 150 kms. Again filled the fuel to the brim and noted the no. Of ltrs. Poured in. Dividing km/ltr of petrol gave me 20km/l .

Only 10 % would have been B2B traffic. Rest normal city riding where I can easily cruise at 60-80. [emoji780]

                            • How much you rev your bike while riding also affects the mileage...keeping it under 4k helps. But then, no one buys this bike for mileage.

I should say, veeral, you are doing ok

A full tank gives me 256 to 270

What i've heard that in city people are getting 25-27km/l . Not buying this bike for mileage, I agree. But when others get 25 and i get 20 i guess my tension is valid :P
