Abhi has the widest wheel on any indian bike with spokes!!!! It's killing his bike slowly!!!!

It was focussed so high that it was going way over oncoming traffic's sights!!!! I had been riding like that since god knows when
I still didn't get the size of the tyre.
and please align your beam well, mera naam mitti mein mat milao.

    @ psr

I think we'll need more technical info from you to keep the technical spark running,

@Nano - He is just running on 100/90-18 but the rim is of P180 which is the widest available rim on 18". The tyre takes perfect shape and sits comfortably on road making the bike lazy to move.

thanks again, well i wanted to do this no matter what.
but the best part is, that even after all this, the bike has become much much better than before (regarding the performance), as far as reliability is concerned, trust me, with a dip in the head its become much more reliable that what it was with ultra high compression, so for me its a upgrade in every department.
If i keep all the headlights off (daytime) this bike performs amazingly, as the pulley doesn't need any power at all.

even with the load, the difference is very less, its like riding with a pillion and without one.

BTW what section rear wheel are you running

        @ shreeni

I think your addicted to this thread as so many of them.
Nano - That is the spirit, You wanted to do it no matter what & I am sure after putting so much of effort you are one happy guy at the end of the day when you get to see all looking at your bike when you switch on those mighty 100W HID's

Make Abhi's fiero as your project bike and let him finance it too.

Yeah bro at least see the positive side bro !! It was focussed so high that it was going way over oncoming traffic's sights!!!! I had been riding like that since god knows when
Lol, it is just 2.50x18 rim which has 100/90-18 tyre & you are hyping it as if I am having FZ rear

I can make my bike project bike for shreeni, but only difference I want is he can Invest his own money

This thread is technical alright,OT discussion rarely happens. If OT discussions do happen ,like about girls/women/2-legged-SBK,then the whole blame has to go to AbhilashAbhi. Why?

Let me explain, that guy is plainly nuts about fat wide rears!!!! and he keeps bringing it up on every damn page of this thread!!! Now,for a straight forward guy like me, the words 'wide', 'fat', ' rear' make my brain add " narrow waist" to them and inevitably it leads to girls/women!! and then the discussion turns to SBK's like rathi/ava.

If you guys don't believe me that Abhi has serious issues to deal with when it comes to " big phat tyres",just see what he's making a simple guy like Shreeni do,poor Shreeni's bike's barely stepped out of the showroom and Abhi has convinced him to go for a 120/100/18 rear tyre for his brand new zmr!!!! Ladies and gentlemen i rest my case.

PS: Think on the brighter side, even if we end up discussing girls the discussion will be about technical aspects of girls/women !!

              Well said bro!!

@Abhi Stock rim is at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches lesser than yours!! the weight of the rear wheel will be nearly twice that of the stock wheel, think about it.

NANOtech buddy, don't take the above words of Abhi to your heart if he had meant those,he'd have done at least FX doom change on his bike by now.

Coming to my girl's light, she's fine now,so you need not worry about your reputation being at stake(you being from fiero community).

Think on the positive side bro, it gives Immense grip & planed feel at any kind of surface, that's what FZ is famous for Isn't it ? I don't know why but I like big tyres @ rear, come on for a bike like fiero atleast 100/90-18 is required, lets see in all probablities I am gona be going back to 3.00x18 with stock fiero rim

                    Corrected the tyre profile.

BTW this time its nothing to do with Abhi. My 8 months old ZMR has clocked around 8500kms and I always had pathetic experience with the stock MRF rubber. Due to the torque produced by ZMR, the rear wheel simply spins if the tarmac is slightly wet !! I would say MRF = Bullshit !!

And Michelin M45 is close to 110 but that tyre side wall is very thin to be used as Tubeless. So I felt Sirac is the only next sensible buy. This way the bike also looks a BIT proportionate

That was intentional bro Abhi loves balloon like tyres, hence the 100% profile.

Lol.. I like wider profile not Baloon types..

Okie now need a help, can any of you confirm what is the rear rim size on stock fiero, like 1.8"x18, 2.0"x18 ?

I will have to check for rim size accordingly
