Good thing, Hope his gets back to super condition after service from Zen
Yeah man ,his bike's done 30k+ , the mech has supposedly changed cam, chain and valves as it was supposedly bent. When the truth is there's no chance of cam going off at such low mileage of bike and a bike wouldn't even run if the valves were bent. When in reality the bike was running with lot of clatter, which still persists after the supposed change of parts and a bill of 4k.

You mean to say when he got done the service previously with his mech ?
I checked the price for 1.85x18"rim in a Autoshop near my home, supposedly the price is 400rs & this is a good quality rim which even yamaha ASC is also using near my place which the shop keeper told me, at the moment Rim is not in stock & should be available in a week or so.
While checking the rim, also tried 55/60W bulb for Stock fiero type socket & although their was none available in halogen type, I got one in normal type & it's a 50/60W bulb which costs as low as 18rs ( MRP is 20rs & 2rs discount)
Now I know that normal will not be good, but hell at least it should be better than 35w Halogen.
Get the stock rim ASAP you're breaking your girl's back by treating a prospective Rathi like a Karnam Malleshwari(weight lifter)with your obsession of fitting Tractor like tyres on a road bike.

If you're intending to sell off your bike and buy an RTR,don't do it.The ABS will be a part of the TCI unit and it will cost a bit more than the std TCI unit ,then if you get the rear disc with the sensors for the front and rear, that should do.
Better wait for some time, the spares will be out shortly.Don't sell off your bike, you won't get much for it and you'd have to invest 80k on a new bike which won't be a drastic improvement over what can be done to your bike.
