I had thought of that too a long time back, fitting a extra cog,but was told that there's no space. So the other option is to put a 5th gear of some other bike in place of our 4th gear. But i won't be doing any such things, till the GB needs opening up.

Making any header pipe fit the head is a minimal welding work.Trust me Bprags has a bigger dia header pipe on his bike which has a RTR head. That is his header pipe is bigger than any stock RTR pipe and that is on my agenda. The reason i am hesitating from fitting a wider dia header pipe is because of it's affect on performance.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

@ mash
You can buy a used rtr 180's exhaust, get the resonator removed and cut the exhaust tip which goes into the head, now you can get a new tip made (which would be perfect fit) like i did.
But since you are already using joel's FFE, why do you need to do that ??Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

Well, nothing can be as good as Joel's FFE, but its significantly louder than stock. I intend to keep swapping between the two. RTR exhaust for the City and FFE for the highway. Since the calculated CC as told by Joel is about 187CC, I am looking for a RTR 180 exhaust. I guess thats rated at somewhere around 177cc.**MaSh**
