        In the pictures :-
        1. Is the oil input to the crankshaft from the oil filter.

        2. The oil circuit which supplies filtered oil to the crankshaft ,as well as the head and the gearbox.

3.The oil input circuit to the oi-filter from the oil pump.

        4. Oil-pump.

        5. Crankshaft wit the oil supply hole in the center which supplies oil to the main bearings and the connecting rod bearing.

6.The other half of the oil input circuit from the oil-filter to the crankshaft, head and gearbox.

        7. The other half of the oil input circuit from the oil-pump to the
        oil-filter.

From the pictures it's clear as to how well the Suzuki engineers have designed the engine with foresight for a oil-cooler addition designed into it.

Once we saw the oil circuit,i asked the mech to check the oil flow to the head with the oil-cooler input connected to the crank provision and the oil cooler output connection to the head removed. This was done to check as to what the oil flow pressure is without the oil cooler's output connection to the head. That is,this would show what kind of pressure is there in the stock oil circuit despite the oil cooler taking the input from the crank provision but not supplying cooled oil to the head. The good oil pressure in the stock oil line to the head proved that there's enough pressure despite the oil cooler's connection, which means there's enough oil flow pressure to the crankshaft too.As the output from the oil filter supplies oil to the crankshaft, head and the gearbox as well.
Now my plan's to get the oil changed to that of the MOTUL 3000 4T plus 20W40 along with installing the hydraulic hoses which i have with me.
@Gixxer - Now that you have seen the Clutch case first hand & know how it works now you must be relieved.

By the way the oil pressure through cooler is more than enough to say the least, it too hardly 1-2 seconds for the oil to come out of head opening

        @All

got the bike serviced yesterday, changed Clutch plates & general service done,

        1. I find the Clutch hard, must be new set of plates & need time to settle in.
        2. The Throttle Play seems to be hard, May be need some adjustment

Other than above bike feels perfectly alright & Ready to Roll anywhere it takes

Stunner's tacho seems a good bet to me and inquire about tacho options while you're at the spares shop.

For the Stunner's we need to make housing etc, You remember we had seen couple of tacho's in JC road, one of them should do good what you say ?

Yeah lets decide on one of them.. Buying from Shivajinagar always have a risk of needing more money to get it to working condition if we are unlucky..

As I said we can also try getting FX one on to Fiero from NV if its available for Cheap but then again we should see if they do make it at first place..

Anyway we will check on it when we go to Shivajinagar for your RTR Pedals..

Shvajinagar option for electronics is a lottery at best. The honda stunner's and pulsar classic's are available separately at the showroom .No other bike's tacho's available individually i think.I had asked about FX's at Sri Ganesh ,he told me that it comes as a assembly and not available either.

Man lets avoid shivajinagar Unless we are getting one for throw away price (with in 200rs), coming to Classic pulsar, last time I checked the price the whole unit is close to 2500rs & considering we might be able to get tacho separately also we might not get less than 1000rs for sure.

Lets see it has to be JC road one I guess, I wanted the 400 one while you like the 700 one ?

Coming to FX one - you have seen the price difference in Authorised & Local market for TVS Spares dont you ? We should be lucky if we can get one around 800-900rs the whole Unit I mean

Yeah it's better to scout around for a cheaper FX one.If not, then i think stunner's a better option if we can source it from a spares shop, but when i had asked for the tacho only ,from the jc rd honda spares shop, they had told me it's not available individually.Let's buy the tacho alone instead of the whole speedo assembly.Classic pulsar's tacho is available for 600 to 700 at the showroom itself and it also needs a housing.
