Supercharged DI 2 stroke on a Fiero - Team-BHP
Take a cursory glance at it and do check the links on that page.I've met Mr Venugopal in person and it's not some fly-by-night modification job.Just giving you an example of what she's capable of. RTR spares are always there.
I need to get her serviced once...
As you said earlier,am planning take her to "Zen" in a couple of days..Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Awesome pick-up..am enjoying my new ride..
Elder brother(Fiero) joins the younger one(GS150R) now..
A minor problem:
Whenever i try to accelerate and decelerate, engine is misfiring.I mean the silencer makes a sound..
What might be the problem?
My current tyres are slightly bald.So want to change asap.
Which is the best tyre(rear) for Fiero and best engine oil?
I have been using Motul 30004t plus for my GS150R..Found it to be very good..
Take out that Ugly looking Fairing & put on a round doom soon to make her more beautiful

Firstly sorry for the delay in uploading the pictures,i know that they are not detailed enough and i'd be glad to upload some more pics of this modification if anyone wants.
In the pictures, 1 indicates the oil-cooler's outlet hose and 2marks the oil-cooler's inlet hose.Which is taken from the provision designed for it by SUZUKI.
As can be seen from the pictures ,the oil-cooler's outlet has been connected to the head with the stock oil line being as it is.That is, a double banjo bolt which was custom made for it has been used to connect 2 banjo unions to the same place.
The oil cooler provision in the crank case is not visible in the pictures.Basically, the oil-cooler hoses have been directed in such a manner that they are protected and are close and within the chassis double-cradle.So in case the bike falls, the hoses won't be getting in-between the bike and the ground. In the near future the hoses will be replaced with a hydraulic hose. For now ,you can make out vaguely, due to pic quality that the blue colored hoses hold some oil even when the bike has not been started over night.
As i've said before, since this oil-cooler provision has been designed while the engine was being designed itself,it needs no modifications and has plenty of oil flow pressure too.So even if the oil cooler hoses and the cooler itself is empty,it gets filled up and comes to the head within 10 seconds. The transparent hoses were used to check this point somewhat. As oil flow on cold-starts can be seen.
The oil visible on the engine and crank-case are from the testing done to find out as to how quick the oil flows to the head and as to how good the flow pressure is.Then ,as i had mentioned the stock banjo bolt thread which is situated on the clutch cover has been shredded by the mech due to over-torquing it.So the oil visible on the crank-case are from that leak as well. But now the stock single banjo bolt has been put there and there's no oil leak as it has fitted tight due to it being of shorter thread reach than the custom made double banjo bolt.
