@ all
I very recently got the things checked again when i changed the valve oil seals, this was much later than the pics i posted here and after fouling 4 spark plugs.
Even after the new seals i did foul another plug.
Surprisingly though the replacement plug (the one i am running now) is running okay.
Generally my plug lasts upto 90~100 kms, but this one i assume has run around 200 kms now and its in a decent shape.
The last check of bore and rings was 350~400 kms back, everything was okay.
The clutch plates (2000 kms or less) has lost everything and now bike slips clutch more than ever.
Got the oil topped up today itself and had to put in 300 ml.
I checked everything, from what I've learnt so far, the bike isn't leaking compression, the timing is perfect too, apart from an insanely critical clutch plates nothing else (performance wise) is a problem.
It drinks oil and spits the residue on the plug, but recently that has decreased too, now it giving a strange tappet noise from last 2 days.
I hardly ride my bike, my dad rides it very rarely for say 5 kms max.
I did go to the mech as i mentioned and everything is alright, but still it has a lot of problems.
I really don't know what to do.Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

@all
the new pulsar 200ns comes with 72mm piston.. if i can source a piston and if the piston height matches, i will try it on my RTR cylinder(I have an extra cylinder).. Then it will displace 235 cc..
i'm not sure what type of piston does the p200ns uses.. I wish it is a dome type piston...
@gixx
can u tell me whether your sleeve can hold a 72mm piston?? Stock sleeves are 70mm which can be bored till 69mm..

Mr Murthy of ZEN Shakti TVS had shown me a forged jap 67mm piston with a matching cast iron sleeve and ultra thin rings set(All Jap).Which he intended to install on his v-twin fiero/drag fiero/RTRs.Maybe you can try that one,that was super light and strong.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

Thats some info.. If possible, try to check whether the piston height of Fiero and P200 ns are similar.. I know it will take some time to get the piston, but it will be a great help.. I'm planning to get an RTR or a Fiero to check this out.. Fieros are quite cheap in here.. i got mine for 10k and i'm having another offer for 12 k..

My predicament is your crank bearing is weak and shaking.. This causes piston slap and oil to enter into the combustion chamber.. How many kilometers has your bike done?? Have you ever done a crank overhaul before??Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

ok.. If i get another fiero, i'll try that piston.. But the Fiero i already told you that is running a 68.75 mm Matiz car's piston is way too impressive.. i thought going for a piston that is larger than that would envy that guy.. He often boasts about his bore size and calls me for open drags(Which i know my Fiero won't keep up with his, but in dirt races he often tastes the mud flurrying out from my rear rubber...

I'll ask around and let you know whether any forged piston of 70mm or more is available.
