Maga, Gixxer has got some Important work on next Monday it seems for which He needs to prepare this weekend , so he said lets postpone it, & also btw you had told me that you will be going to Mysore this week, what happened to that plan ?

Coming to Bargain, If three of us go something will be better than going alone & either one of us can click in Bargaining

If you go ,do try and find out the prices of the 29mm carb of pulsar and the 32mm one of the Pulsar 220.

You have got more time now since weekend has started, anyway Shreeni can always check if he is going alone also & no harm in that.

Bike, I didn't feel any difference, I will check the mileage this time & see.

Will have to take her out on highway & see how she behaves

Hey bro, I have been trying to find the recommended plug CR7E... it's just not available. I however did find CR9E. I believe you use that plug... is it ok for a classic Fiero? You know I have been using one designed for Honda Shine. No problems yet.

No bro,stick with the stock plug or the one you're using now.CR9E is a much much colder plug so you won't be able to make out the carburetor setting etc.

Stock bikes need stock plug,if you can find CR8E of the pulsar,that would be an better option than the shine one.

Thanks bro... you know I have been trying to find the CR7E... checked 5 or 6 shops... simply not available. I shall go down to the TVS showroom to see if they have.

One more thing, I was riding my bike yesterday... speedying a bit, suddenly it felt like the bike was coughing, like gulping for fuel. A bit later, when I revved hard, the engine just died and came to a halt. I kicked it and it started normally and off I went again. Funny, wonder what could have happened.

Sounds like carb tuning issue.

Regarding the plug don't worry much about it,find the NGK R CR8E of the pulsar and that should be good enough.

thanks bro... I will have the carb cleaned and tuned in my next servicing visit. NGK R CR8E should be easy to find here with all the pulsars plowing the street. I also need to replace the cone bearing for the front shocks. I guess I will have to wait for two more weeks when my servicing is due.

No problems normally... the bike feels good ... it's got the power and punch. Cheers!!!

Yeah bro get the carb cleaned ,so once it's opened up the slide/diaphragm etc will be checked.

Also rev the bike to the max and see if there's any missing in revs.

Did you give any thoughts to the idea of fitting a tacho on our bikes? Maybe we can keep that on our agenda when we visit shivajinagar.

Rode yesterday on air port road and it was relatively traffic free and it felt good to let the bike loose for some distance.The grippy/good quality tarmac also made the road grip apparent because of the riding position and it did test the effectiveness of the disc brake on a couple of occasions.

Good to see you taking bike out on traffic free roads, I know the Old Airport road is very good & when traffic is less it can be a good place to check the bike's potential & also Brakes

coming to my bike, I got the front fork oil level reduced, earlier their was 150ml & now I have reduced 20Ml in each fork & made it to 130ml & also got checked the spark plug reading & it looked all fine,

Satish suggested the spark plug reading was fine & advised not to play with it any further..

By the way - How did u r Important work went ? will come over today evening

A new HONDA unicorn tacho costs 600 bucks and that's next on my agenda after the carb.

My engine needs a bigger main jet i think and i'll think about it once a bigger carb is put.

Yeah come over we'll check the plugs of our girls.

to see how hot they are and whether they are getting enough.
