They adjusted valve setting or it is also called as tappet setting. But that didnt solve the problem. Instead of solving the problem, that lead to another problem. Now whenever I start my gixxer in the morning, it makes really very bad noise like kat kat kat at the initial start up. Im gonna show this problem during my second service.
So my advice would be, if the clicking noise is only when the engine is hot, then let it be. That is a normal noise. Don't let service center guys adjust the tappet or valve settings.
The tappets have to be adjusted when the engine is 'dead cold' and not when hot. Make sure they use the feeler gauge and set the tappets at right setting.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

This is pretty common its a process of cooling metal which makes this sound.

The clicking noise is common in almost all bikes and even cars...It's actually the fuel drops from the nozzle/inlet valve to the cylinder head- when the engine is hot and idle.... cause a click noise due to the temperature difference.

                  Hi

I'm also 6'2 & very lean in size. From the very first day to till date I don't have any issues related to comfort & seating. For me sharp turns are very easy & quick. Also my thighs fit perfectly. But you should lean forward while taking sharp turns. Backpack creates difficulty for me bcoz of the height of pillion. So I decided to wear it in front.

Isn't compulsary to adjust tappets at this time?

That's him. He has posted the said pic in "Gixxer club Bengaluru" group. Check with him. You need to weld two pieces on either side of the swingarms for this mod to work I guess.

Not required ,unless you have some cold start issues and low fuel efficiency!

                              Hi folks, two questions
                              1. I got the temporary RC, insurance and pollution certificate at the time of purchase. Then a smart card at the time of fixing permanent number plate. Thats it, not even an owners manual. Who should I ask for it? And what other documents etc should have been there?

                              2. I have been extremely busy and the service center has very strict hours, as a result my gixxer now stands at 1100 km, without yet having had its first service... How harmful is this? Should I do some basic stuff (say, an oil change) myself till the time i can take it for a proper service?

ID:	1911052C.G Suzuki quoted 90k approx for Gixxer 155. After enquiring for this high price he told me about some LBT and Insurance that has fibre as well as mirrors 100% included in it.
Guys is this price justified or should I shoot an email to Suzuki regarding this?
