Hey buddy, almost everyone is concerned just like you. So far nothing on the rear tyre hugger. What about mud splash from the front?

Also let me know owners experience in Gixxer while riding in rain.

Hey bro Front mud splash should be very sleek unlike those rubber once which will block air passage to the engine.Check out fenda extender

XL Super front mud flap can be used as fender extender for prevention mud slash over the engine. Duke rear tyre hugger can be used on gixxer with some mods, but still there will be no noticeable improvement.Click image for larger version

Gixxer to be launched in dual tone colors.. check the link Gixxer Dual Color

IMHO they should have given colored wheels too.. especially in white or something..

Actually, this can be done without drilling holes. You can just use feviquick and paste the mud flap. Ensure that you clean the mudguard thoroughly before this so that there won't be any dirt.
I have tried it on my Splendor, and its there for around 10 years now.

Hello friends, I am looking for 150cc bike for myself. I am confused between Gixxer and Unicorn 160.
Please provide your inputs. I like driving stance of Gixxer because I will be using bikes only in city (Delhi). That too max 0-20kms stretch.

I just have few doubts in my mind. Unicorn 160 have better pillion comfort, better mileage and better after sale and service.
80-90% bike will be used by me only. Only some time with pillion.

So which bike makes sense for me , kindly suggest .

                    Thanks,

Flap can also be pasted using feviquick.

Took my existing bike to exchange for gixxer and finalise the booking. But then they asked it for a very low rate of 58-67k Rs. I wish to sell my RTR for a higher rate as its just 2014 december ABS model and run only about 1560km. Since my exams have started, I have to wait for another month to exchange it and the rate will still decrease during exchange, with time. So booked only a scooter and came back disappointed. I wish to sell my RTR for a good price meanwhile and if not, I will have to go for a lower price during the exchange in the same or different showroom.

Only good things today: 1. New stylish swish.
                              2. A really long and smooth test ride on a grey gixxer xP
                              3. Got to know that the waiting time for blue gixxer is only the time needed for registration and paperwork :3

PS: Meanwhile, anyone from Chennai who is interested in buying my RTR for 75-80k Rs. can PM me And the reason why I am selling my RTR is because I am getting persistent body pain as the dimensions of the bike are very tight for my height.

Couldn't resist further after riding the gixxer!!!! I do not know how am I going to concentrate on my exams :P :P :/

Srinath can guess your situation and hard luck for your RTR since 2014 December Model.
Had to trade in my TWO month old White Suzuki Swish which was a Jan-2015 Model and run 1700 Kms.
Back pain and horrible roads of Bangalore hastened my decision

Check out Quickr for a reasonable deal.
