Registration certificate to courier your bike in train?

Generally it takes 30-45 days to get the RC completely.

Clean carburetor. Check if you are fuel mixture is lean. Get more fuel going into engine if that's the problem. Check for any damage to tyres. Lube and check your chain properly. Also the sprockets to which it is connected to. Check your spark plug and know if the fuel is burning properly from its color. If not, get it replaced. Make sure that your engine oil is fine too. Add enough fuel to the tank. If nothing works, hit the SVC and sit on their head to get it done.

There could be some problem related to exhaust systems too. But that is the worst case as these bikes are new as of now. It would take more than 15k km for the exhaust system to potentially cause any such problem. So don't worry much about it.

Wait till you get it from the showroom. They will call you when it arrives. Or just keep in touch with them to know when it arrives.

TN to mysore? Which part of TN? why courier when you can ride? That way you can minimize any transit damage. Also just beware that its a kind of tiresome ownership experience if you ride a bike registered in a different state than the one in which you are going to use it. You will be so close to traffic police's heart everytime they see your bike with TN registration :P

did you get your user manual with the bike?

It's of paramount importance to complete the run in of the bike properly. For this case 1600km with varied speed ranges through increasing distances covered on the bike.

                Do read it.

Taking the bikes on highways will demand you to ride faster than the speed required to be maintained during run in period/break in period. This is because, you have to keep with the faster ongoing traffic on highways. Else you might get raced out to fatality. Don't take risks now. If you get the engine going to higher speeds, you might harm the engine for it's lifetime. This will spoil the riding experience for the rest of your ownership.

Riding on hills require you to stay on low gears and revv higher most of the time. Also new brakes need some time to work properly and might not work as you want while braking hard before hairpins and while going downhill. Again, you don't want to injure yourself or risk the bike's new engine. So it's good to follow the schedule mentioned in the manual and after first service, the bike can be maintained at a higher speed compared to the present ones. READ THE MANUAL THOROUGHLY BEFORE TAKING OUT YOUR NEW BIKE.

                Be careful, enjoy the ride.

                            Hi,

As I quoted before, did a few observations.
First, it occurs just 2-3km after warmup only.
Second, I tried filling good quality fuel 1/4th,1/2 of complete tank and checked the fuel knob Res and On position as well .
Once a perfect warmup is done and after riding 3km extra the problem doesn't persist.

Yeah its good not to jump to any conclusion before knowing the bike well. Give it more time and you will encounter different problems and eventually solutions to them.
