    Hi,
I had my 1st service yesterday, I got my bike back within 1hour after leaving for service. I have some queries on this.
Actually what will they do in 1st service?
What is the best RPM level to manage the bike between good mileage and pick up?
Before 1st service my gear shifting was like this, starting: 1st gear, 10-20kmph: 2nd gear, 20-35kmph: 3rd gear, 35-50kmph: 4th gear, above 50kmph: 5th gear...but after service this is not the case, for 2nd gear I couldn't cross 15kmph, for 3rd gear I couldn't cross 25kmph and not more than 40kmph for 4th gear, if I cross this speed for corresponding gears the bike is vibrating like anything.[emoji19]
Anyone please make me clear on this issue!! Waiting for reply...

    Thanks in advance.[emoji3]

Regarding showroom branding, you can always ask them not do any branding of their showroom whatsoever.

I told my showroom guys and they obliged.

      Thank you very much sir

I did ask the same. But the showroom guys said it wasn't possible.

      Any suggestions sir?

      Can I buy one online?

Sounds like carburetor is tuned lean. Get it retuned at the SVC or a good local Mech.

I always hates the svc's branding. All svc"s is doing this whether its two or four wheeler. Why we customers carry their name everywhere we go? Its pure advertisement and we should charge them for carrying their add.

I have to go to the SVC once again tomorrow.
I have one more doubt, about Teflon coating, what is it actually? Is that really useful? How much it cost(approximately)?

Thank you for clearing my doubt..!![emoji3]

exactly it happened to me can you up load the quote???i got my gixxer for price mentioned in the website after the complaining to suzuki ...it was fun how i booked the dealer cheating like a string operation ...they quoted me 92k when website price is 87k..charged me with wrong charges like 900 for handling 500 for miror set bla bla other charges 1000 total they charged almost 6000 extra in the name of charges ..i got frustated..took quote from them with innocent face...shooted mail in the night ..next morning got call from suzuki india and other side a guy introduced him self as my state sales manager and he is from delhi ..we had lots of chat about gixxer and i told him how they quoted me and asked him i will buy only if they sell for website price he asked me okay.i will call to them.i said no sir i will go to showroom now they might pretend that they dont know me.i went to show room again asked them to quote they quoted 92k...i asked them any discount?they offered me whole lot of 500/-off ...i said is this final???they said yeah ..immediatly i called the same number the sales guy called me ..he asked me to upload the quote in whatsapp..i did from show room and i was pretedning like im watching bikes...on call he saw whatsapp and he asked me to give phone to sales person...so i went and "sir want to speak to you"they said who "sales manager from delhi suzuki india"and their are damn afraid ann asking me continous questions"who??how you know them""???i said we are customers and he is my friend(the guy from delhi impressed with me)but SA afraid and not taking this call so i told him sir they not taking your .then he told me wait i will call the manager now you wait in showroom ..he called the manager as he was not present in showroom and manger called the SA and surprise they agreed to give the bike for website price and the delhi guy talked with nearly a half an hour later impressed with my attitude and he personally said he will moniter my bike ..and im a new enemy to my dealer now...but now they are very cautious about me and my bike ..if any thing goes wrong i will complain again ..if dealer get contious negative feedback from customers after some time suzuki india will revoke the dealership and give it to others so ..shoot a complaint ...im ever thankfull to pankit modi sir telangana andhra sales manager wonderful guy nice humanbeing
                Hi sumanth,

                Which Showroom?

I also have talked to Mr. Chandra Prakash, I do not know his exact designation but dealer told me that he is Heading Suzuki Sales India. He is nice and wonderful person have patiently listened my problem. I am really overwhelmed by experiencing Suzuki India's effort from this senior level. I shall mail him following details tomorrow.

Today I have visited Animesh Suzuki and after a long discussion they have refunded Rs. 730/- . They are pretending that they are providing me a free Bike cover. Actually nothing comes free that I know. I also refund them the Indicator Buzzer.

                Now situation is as follows.

I have paid 91,000/ in three parts.
                1) Rs. 50,000/- by Cheque on 19/07/2015
                2) Rs. 22,500/- by Cash on 21/07/2015
                3) Rs. 18,500/- by Cash (Given by broker who has purchased my old bike) on 21/07/2015.

So after refund of Rs. 730/- my contributed amount is Rs. 90,270/-

Take the delivery of vehicle on 21/07/2015.

As per Animesh Suzuki their official On Road price is Rs. 89,300 (displayed on board) + Leg Guard 950 (- Rs. 100/- Discount) + Broker Charges 850/- = Rs. 91,000/-.

As per Suzuki Website Price in Kolkata is Rs. 86,994/- but there is no data regarding Barrackpore RTO.

But when I asked them for detail they give me following break up
                1) Ex-Show Room Price = Rs. 78,000/-
                2) Registration & BlueBook Charges at Barrackpore RTO = Rs. 7,053/-
                3) Number Plate = Rs. 1,050/-
                4) Insurrance = Rs. 1,550/-

So Actual On Road Price is Rs. 87,653/-
                + Leg Guard = Rs. 950/-
+ Bike Cover = Rs. 135/- (actually nothing comes free in this world)
+ Brokerage = Rs. 1,532/-(They call it as RTO Charges)

They told me that I shall get a Invoice of Rs. 89,300/- and Accessories like Leg Guard does not reflect in any bill.

This is happening everywhere is it possible to cross verify each and everything.

It must be there in the statement of account. Pressurize them and get it. I did it for my bike.

According to showroom ppl here it helps to preserve the shining of the ride and protect from small scratches (scratches caused by small particles, polluted air..etc). It costs around 250 rupees here. Will last up to 6 months if applied once. I know a friend who uses Teflon coating since three years. According to him it helps to keep the bike shiny. I didn't applied it though.

If it is 250 then you can think of it Previously it was too high. I have used it for my first bike but for second onwards I prefer self polishing. if you are a daily commuter it will never last upto 6 months. yes it visually remove scratches (but not actually, actually no polish can do that if any polish can able to do that then it will cut the layer of paint). If you do polishing by your self you may have to repeat it once in a week or once in every two weeks. That is more cost effective.

I have used no of polishes (like waxpol, formula1, euro gold) they are all good. But for my 8 year old pulsar (with full scratches all over tank) I find eurogold is best. very easy to apply and quckly shine your bike. It looks new.

I have purchased it from their representative who some times sell their products at petrol pumps
