Exactly the way a 15w LED bulb is better than a 60w convetional tungsten bulb for your house.
The sense of freedom these two wheels give can never be matched by anything else...

Is changing the bike's head light to HID/Projector is illegal?

          Will it grab COP's attention?

I need some official confirmation on this, as I am willing to install HID in my Gixxer but my uncle stoped me from installing and said its illegal.

This is "Let there be light" thread's post...I posted it there, but also posting here.

It doesn't when low beam is on, I'm used to manual switching...

To throw some info, Maruti Baleno new car top variant comes with HID + projector setup as factory default. I don't think it's illegal as long as it's a HID + projector setup.

                Many cars come with HID/projectors.
Many are halogen projectors as well. The trick is getting a 4300k bulb for the same. Any higher than 4300k and the light starts turning blueish. That hurts oncoming traffic and impacts rider visibility too.
                Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

What is the colour of 4300K or less than 4300K bulb? Is it yellow?

4300 is white-yellow (towards white). 4400-5000 is white.
                        <4000 is yellow.

And I think color temperature up to 4300k is legal and anything above that may attract cops attention. Correct me please if I am wrong.

Hey Guys, need your quick help here. Mentioned below are some of the difficulties.

                              1) Mileage not more than 30 ( I am not a new bee... Have owned many Bikes in past, so nothing to with driving style and traffic and so on)

                              2) Rusting issues.

                              3) Handle doesn't feel straight (post repairs and many adjustments after one small accident)

I approached SVC and they talked about CO setting and all... And they are avoiding things.

I wrote to Suzuki on contact us page around two weeks ago, however they won't reply.

Any one has a different email address of any higher authority... So that we can escalate things.

                              Kindly reply.

If the headlight brightness stands out, then cops will be happy.

a 4300K HID bulb although yellowish, it moves towards blue over its life span.

I personally like 3500K temp a lot; still having hard a time finding 3500K bulbs.
