So I checked the idle rpm after the first service and it was set to 3,000 rpm , couldn't believe that . I don't understand why these SVC guys mess with the default idle rpm.

Anybody tried shell advance ultra or some fully synthetic engine oils?? If so .. please share your experience.
Iam having my fair share of doubts about Idemitsu which is shown as Fully synthetic oil at SVC and is priced at 390/-....

suzuki RM got angry on me he asked me to remove this video from youtube and he was saying all bikes discs are same there is no issue with it ?!!! "if you take it personal grunge we know how to handle you .we know what to do with you" RM fired on me .now i really dont like suzuki .my excitement and
joy of ownership ruined out with after sales issues

You should mail that to Suzuki. Thats not your mistake. Actually service centre guy told you to replace the disc. Mention the same in the mail.

Guys I noticed that if i keep the bike in neutral & engine off on the slopes of hill, the horn don't work & behave as if they gone kaput

but start working once I turn on the engine . The question arises if the battery cant take the load of horn as the starter motor works all fine .

The battery may be low..did u change the horn or headlamp?

I recently bought MOTUL10w40 will share my experience within a week or two.

And if you check our fellow gixxerians experience with MOTUL10w40 it is giving very good mileage and performance

720 km round trip Jaipur to Meerut via delhi.

Top speed achieved 129 kmph. No heating issues while continuous riding.
Handling and Chassis Dynamics are insanely intuitive.

I am using Motul 7100 10W40 FS oil after 2nd service (3500km). Its performance is superlative at best. Gear shifts smoother, better pickup. It is a heaven & hell of a difference when compared to mineral oils. I will check for how many kilometers this smoothness persists. The dealer has told me that this oil will last 5000 km without top up. I recommend this oil to all gixxerians...

Just file a complaint before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. Get a good lawyer to draft a complaint.

I am facing rust on the bolts..

waiting response from Suzuki. Negative response from these useless service centre people is taking all the fun away from owning this bike.

Rusting issues have been addressed by Suzuki.. If they don't take action complain to Suzuki for poor svc in India..

I wonder how Hayabusa owners are treated!
