    Hey guys hope u all are fine please explain me whats the run in period for KTM Rc 390 i read the manual it says do not open the throttle fully during 1st 1000 kms mine is ridden 788 kms is there any other precaution to take in run in period and can i open the throttle fully after riding it 1000kms.

      Basically dont take it above 6-7k rpm for first 1k kms, thats all you have to follow, after first service feel free to rev it how much ever you want

                can anyone tell me if I can purchase the battery cover separately, mine felled off while I was riding and couldn't find it when I tried back tracking.

                PS: It was my fault as I haven't locked the battery cover before I took off.

                  Yeah just take it to any ASC, they will install a new one. No idea about price though

                    Same thing had happened to a friend. It flew off while riding fast because it wasn't locked in place. You can purchase it but availability can be a bit of an issue. I remember him telling me it costs close to Rs.2000. Not sure about the pricing though.

                      Hi .. friends .. has anyone installed custom brake or clutch levers on the RC ?? Mine got broken today .. svc telling to wait for 15 days ... 😳😳

                        Try asking at a different ASC. Usually they do have levers in stock.

                            Lmao that's just sad, either you could wait the 2 weeks or ask someone in a nearby city to courier it to you ASAP depending upon your location, instead of going with custom levers

                              Not Sure but you can try same parts of pulsar spcifically RS200, NS200, 220 for time being.

                                clutch lever from a pulsar 180 fits the ktm's.. i am using it. Probably even the front brake lever from one of the pulsar's might be compatible.
                                can't do much about the gear and rear brake lever though, gotta get the originals.
