I got it done from a guy I know in Bangalore, he did the windshield for me, which is still perfect after 10 months, so decided to get the full fairing done from him. Overall cost for stickering + number plate was 5K.
Regarding details on the stickering, what he did was first cover the entire fairings with a matte black sticker finish. The reason for this being since the bike has a white fairing, directly putting the black and orange decal on top on a white background would look bad, along with which I would have had to remove the stock stickering too. This black base stickering was done over the current stickers, so at any time I will be able to remove it, and get the bike back to stock appearance if I wish. On top of this, the decals were applied. The stickers are called radium decals or something like that, which gives the reflective sheen as seen in the last image I posted. The downside with this is that someone with malicious intent could peel off the stickers, although which isn't easy, can be done.
If any of you are in Bangalore, you can PM me

Regarding brighter headlights, still haven't done any research on that, like I said, I don't want to met up warranty, so I will look for plug and play alternatives only. I'm not looking for white or xenon light, as that would be a big problem for people approaching, but just improve the throw and intensity of the bulbs. As and when I do something about it, I will update you

You can use hid in projector, oncomming traffic wont face glare as the projector comes with proper cutoff.
Regarding the colour of the light, the hid comes in many colours, you can use 4200k - 4300k hid bulbs, it will give u a warm white colour, which is a bit yellowish but not as much as halogens.
I'm using 55w hids in both projectors and they are very bright.

Hey, honestly I have no idea about how electricals work in bikes, and would appreciate if I could get some more details regarding what you're trying to explain. For some reason I am unable to PM you, so if you could just drop by a PM to me, that would be great, and we could continue this there Thanks!

Visor I had done a full matte black sticker, was thinking of adding an orange stripe maybe. Earlier it was a white stripe, to go with the white fairing, but then I removed that, leaving it full black. It goes really well with the number plate I got and the DRLs, I'll post a pic of it tomorrow

Hey guys, an update on a few points:
Regarding those who, like me, had the weird rattling noise from the side of the bike, turns out even SVC folks have no clue what it is. One factor contributing towards it was the exhaust body, that was causing rattles. However, the same issue still persists, and since I needed the bike back, couldn't get that checked out yet. Will get it done at a later date, as it turns out I have a leaking head gasket :|

Regarding the part number JY541251, sourced it at Khivraj KTM, Kasturba road today(had to travel 35kms odd just for that). And holy shit, for such a small part, it makes a serious difference, its almost as smooth as the slipper clutch. For those with 2014-15 RC, you should definitely get it done, makes the clutch so smooth. For some reason I got charged labour costing almost 220 for the Rs. 100 part, but whatever, really happy with the result

How much did you pay for the entire setup?

                              Hi Friends,
I own a 2015 RC390 clocked 3500 kms. Recently I've felt decrease in pickup and top speed. can anybody suggest what is the frequency of air filter cleaning. Mine has never been cleaned.
                              Thanks

The air filter is usually replaced at every service(except 1st)
As for cleaning between services, you could take a look at it every 2000km and tap out the dust or used compressed air
I've never really cleaned the filter between services except once when I rode in pretty dusty conditions.
