    Hi Everyone !

My bike has done 810 KM on the odo and soon to go for first servicing. I have observed strange whining and like 'ghummm' sound around 2.4K to 3.2K RPM from the front, doesn't looks like the battery cover to me, can you guys tell me from your experience where should I be looking first ?

also, I have applied double tape to the fairing as well as on mirror bolts and vibration has reduced a fair amount. The mirror no more vibrates as it used to where the reflection would be blurred out through out the RPM range (I don't mean it's completely vibe free).

It could be the number plate. I get a lot of noise from there.. try to adjust it by bending it slowly.. And the noise might disappear..keep your bike at start when you bend the number plate and revv it.. And you will know.. if the sound disappears or not..

Got the parts... haha finally..i got the drls long time back.. they charged me rs122 and rs 200 for the lever and foot peg. I wonder whats the actual price of the footpeg.. that guy told me it was around 200..haha.. i jus got them anyways..

MOD NOTE: Please don't post using SMS Language. Thanks

Just wanted to ask you guys about the tank pad.
Please share which is the best.
            You can also go for
            Powerparts tank pad.

Consist of left, centre, right part!
            Awesome grip to knees.

I have the same sound and I know the exact reason also. But I'm not getting time to get it fixed. From the front side near tyre you could see the radiator right ?
Now check the left & right side of radiator for fairing bolts. Mine has 3 missing and so the ghumm vibrations are there. It's annoying when you're in low rpm and feels like the bike is ages old and whole front is vibrating.

                  See pic :
One is missing and the other is there in its place.

These are kind of plastic revits.
I hope you have the same issue so you can get it fixed without further annoyance.

These 2. Look clearly and see if they look in place to you or loose. You can also put your finger right behind these (from the projector area) to check.

If it's loose, you can push them in place using your motorcycle's key.

They clearly can be the culprit ! I will look at them right away. Thank YOU !

                        Hello everyone.
Unfortunately, I saw the rear tyre's pressure low and when I went to refill the air, I found out that the rear tyre was puncture. The guy told me not to worry. So, he showed me the nail which was in the tyre.. He said don't worry I'll fix it. So, he removed the nail and got some tools which I guess were puncture repair tool kit. He inserted a long piece of rubber and fixed it.. He said nothing will happen in the future. He charged me rs50 for fixing it.
So I'm attaching some pictures and please suggest me wether should I do something? Or this is fine.
                        Regards

Seems like this is your first encounter with a tubeless tyre. Don't worry. This is the correct procedure.

There is no need to worry, this is the right procedure to fix it. That exposed piece will melt in a few days and you won't be able to see it popping out like that. Just check the tire pressure again in the next 3-4 days to make sure it's holding on well.

                              That's 100% alright bro!

                              Just keep in mind :

                              1. Fraud people are everywhere these days.
So from next time stick close to the guy repairing you tyre and do not leave the spot. Sometimes, Suddenly you'll find 4-5 punctures and that's a very bad situation.

                              2. When you go to get a punctured fixed, make sure the guy uses Silicon Solvent solution on the insertion rubber to make it 100% fail proof.

                              3. Keep checking your tyre once in a while for nails and all by bending it a bit on side stand and rotating the tyre with your hand.

                              4. You can always pour water on a nail or puncture repaired part to see if it's leaking air.
A leakage will make bubbles in water.
